As a qualified PT, I went to Inner Athlete to learn. Their innovative coaching system produced an inviting and friendly atmosphere that encouraged all their athletes to be pushed and grow but let their own personalities shine through. The staff (Trent, Matt and Zoe) were fantastic, and they really care about their athletes. Australia's future sporting stars will be thanking Inner Athlete and its trainers for helping them achieve their goals and dreams.

I will start with mentioning how pleased I am from this institute, I call it an institute and Not a gym because it completely different and better than a gym.
As a worried parent after 2 years of unwanted pandemic, our oldest son (8) showed signs of confidence issues and low self esteem.
5 weeks later my son is waking me up at 6: 30 to take him to inner Athlete.

Trent & the whole team are stars, the service is excellent. I’ve been here for the last 2 months and have enjoyed my whole experience so far. From the first session, planning my goals, to then implementing them with my coach Dave. My progress so far has exceeded what I expected this quick. The other coaches all care and are genuine in wanting to assist you.

Working within the industry myself, I can say the Inner Athlete team are lifting the standard, and providing a service that is of high quality and tailored to each individual. I couldn’t speak highly enough and am keen to see where it takes me from here.

My eldest teen has been with Inner Athlete for several months now and gets so much from it. The team are fantastic… so much so my youngest has now also joined up! Something great for their health and well being that we don’t have to badger them to do (…they’re so motivated to get to their sessions) …. Winner!

Completing my placement hours at Inner Athlete I have been blown away by not only the facilities but the real expert guidance from all coaches. The coaches here are genuinely invested in the success of their members/athletes. Adopting some of the training principles I learnt as a placement student into my own training I have seen real results and am now the STRONGEST distance runner I’ve ever been! Great team of knowledgable coaches. All are there to help and are super willing to answer questions about technique, training methods and all the good stuff. Super positive experience, definitely learnt a lot.

My son has been going for the past 12 months and Trent and the team have been fantastic with him. Not only has he gained strength and conditioning but he has gained confidence and really enjoyed the conversations and mentoring component. Amazing facility, we just love Inner Athlete, and the fact it is specially designed for teens. My teen is improving each week, achieving PB’s in her sport & just loves every session.

I have been training with IA for 12 months now.started training due to covid weight I have gained and looking to get fit and want to feel better mentally. All staffs are friendly and helpful at IA about my fitness and strength. Reasonable amount of equipments to use and each sessions with reasonable amount of people which will not feel crowded. Overall, great experience with IA for my fitness journey and still continuing to train with IA.
