Have been a patient for 20 years and for a 30 second phone call to have a script repeat sent to me im getting charged $90+ - what a waste.

Would not go again, found Dr Lauren Lovick to be extremely rude. You have lost a client. If you want to be treated like a human do not go here. Not my real name due to privacy.

Unfortunately I had bad experiences here and paid for expensive treatment (if you can call it that) that didn't work. Do yourself a favour avoid this clinic and go elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They have treated my mother in law deplorably and she has been a patient there for over 40 years. She is currently sitting at home with a broken bone but they can’t guarantee the doctor will look at her x-ray unless she makes another appointment that she has to pay for. She is an elderly pensioner. This is inhumane.

Dr Belinda Carne is excellent. Reception are thorough and friendly. I appreciate their use of the AMS app as well, every single GP clinic in the country has never been busier. Being able to book your appointments and even mark yourself as arrived through the app is a real timesaver for both myself and the practice.

When ringing up to make an inquiry, I spoke to a lovely young girl by the name of Toni who was beyond helpful and with outstanding service! Thank you!

Absolutely useless receptionists who promise to get things done then don't after several follow-up calls. Expensive services for nothing. I will take my health concerns elsewhere where the clinic and its "professionals" are concerned about my concerns!

I was very disappointed with the service here as a new patient.
I went to the doctor at this clinic due to a suspected broken ankle.
It was a 40 degree day and as required I sat in my car and called the clinic to let them know I was here. I was placed on hold twice and both times the call was disconnected before it was answered.
After 15 minutes I finally got through to the receptionist and let them know I was there.
I was invited into the centre and collected by the nurse to complete the initial paperwork. She walked me down the longest hallway ever to get the nurses station. After this I was then returned to the waiting area.
Once collected I then had to walk back down this long hallway to the doctors room which was next to the nurses station (all on a suspected broken ankle).
Once the consultation was done and X rays were ordered I was returned to reception who then told me I had to leave by a different door. I had parked next to the initial entry to cut down the walking amount, but was required to leave via the front door, then walk another 100ish meters to my car.
Great place, very nice, doctor was nice. But I spent the whole time crying due to the pain in my foot and being made to walk a long way on it.
I'm sure it's fine if you don't have an ankle injury. But if you have an ankle injury don't even bother.

Absolutely horrible experience with Karen in pathology today. She was inept at her work, and exceptionally rude.

Don't come here with mental health concerns. They will take your money by booking you in for different unrelated things for as long as they can. No compassion, no help, no support. Give it a miss.

I've been going to IMG for years as my GP is based here. Very experienced and highly qualified GPs with friendly and helpful reception. Good referral networks too, every specialist I've been referred to over the years has been excellent.

Quick and easy to create and check-into appointments, doctor that I've been seeing is well trained, level-headed and listens well.

The reception staff are professional and friendly. The two doctors I see are experienced, friendly and do their job very well. It’s very convenient to have pathology onsite so blood tests can be done straight away. This clinic is now my family clinic. I highly recommend.

Unacceptable and unexplainable wait time, barely anyone in the waiting room. I would select a negative star if it were available.
