I have purchased various items from Ink & Spindle over the years, including fabric and a pair of excellent screen printed leggings (which are the best leggings ever!). Their products are always thoughtfully considered and the production quality is always very high. Plus they are simply lovely people who strive to create great products.

Our sheer linen curtains are the best! They do a fantastic job of filtering the winter sun and adding privacy to our living space. It's great knowing that the linen was sourced from an ethical mill.

From Ink & Spindle’s very beginning, I followed their journey, waiting for the day when my house will be built, so I could have their beautiful fabrics all around my home. Finally, last year, our house was finished, and I met with Lara Cameron to begin the process of selecting styles and designs.
Lara is absolutely delightful to work with. She has a keen eye for what works where, and helped steer me to select the right colour schemes and patterns, narrowing down my huge list of “favourite must haves”. I love Lara and Caitlin’s artwork on the fabrics, it’s like having the Australian bush in my house. And then there’s the cloth itself - ethically sourced and produced, with a beautiful hand and soft elegant drape. From beginning to end, the process has been a joy, even when we had to change something, it was such an easy process. The company they use to make up the window furnishings is very good too, and I loved it when the guy told me as he was hanging the curtains in my bedroom that he really liked working with Ink & Spindle because he didn’t have the allergic reactions in his eyes and lungs that he gets from all the chemicals in other fabrics from other companies. I’m so in love with my house, it looks amazing with Ink & Spindle's roller and roman blinds, and curtains throughout. My friends and family come in oo-ing and ah-ing, and I’m so glad I could finally do this. If ethically sourced, sustainably produced textiles is important to you, you can’t go wrong with I&S. You’ll be delighted through and through, as I am.

Lara and the folks at Ink and Spindle are an absolute delight to work with. The business has wonderful environmental ethics, and is a shining example of Australian craft in action. We've got a variety of I&S products around our house and they are an absolute pleasure to live with!
