I had fear before having the treatment for eyebrows. However, Erin’s kind information and explanation for each step made me relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended as it is not easy to find a real place. It took me half of the year to find this place.

Erin was amazing, could not find a better professional person. She was very polite, inviting, and made me feel really comfortable on my first time laser procedure. She went through every step of procedure and post recovery. Cannot wait for the next appointment and thankyou Erin for making me laugh too.

Absolutely amazing experience- I decided to hunt for a place that was close to home but also had high expectations that I wanted to not waste time. So many places around who don’t do tattoo removal correctly and you just end up wasting hard earned money on it! INK ANXIETY- to sum it up made me feel relaxed and the consultation was highly appreciated!

I've not been in the store but I've purchased from their online shop, and both experiences have been fantastic. It's easy to navigate and they post items really quickly. Plus, the tattoo numbing cream they sell works really well and it got me through the second session on my sternum after session one without it was borderline unbearable

Had my first session today. Highly recommend her numbing cream and make sure you apply it an hour before your appointment, could barely feel the sting of the removal during the procedure.
