Inglis Medical Centre reviews
18Ease of access comfortable medical centre and shared my health concerns with doctor which in turn which assisted me grreatly
Very unhappy with my service, got a blood test that I still have not received my results for over a week later because the doctor has not looked at them.
I called everyday to try and get my medical certificate which took far longer then it needed to, and am being told I can either wait for the doctor to call me which could take days or book an appointment which I’d have to pay for… very unprofessional and I’m very unhappy
Dr White was great. Her professionalism and assessment skills were appreciated. She actively listened and formulated a good treatment plan.
Great service,
Dr Deepthi is fantastic and very thorough, the nurses and staff are always pleasant.
Excellent friendly staff, great Dr's and always get an appointment with minimum fuss.
In and out pretty promptly.
Staff at front desk under the pump but easy enough to ask questions of.
Doc running 10 mins late which is fine.
Nice fella. Good professional service.
Pharmacy was pretty quick too.
Can't speak highly enough of Inglis Clinic, I live in Paynesville and still travel there. That's how good they are.
Great family practice that has extensive experience and services that are not available elsewhere. This center and the staff, are very well trained, and great level of professionalism and friendly. I have been at this center since it’s beginning and with one of the GP’s for nearly 20 years. I recommend this as not just a GP clinic but as a healthcare service, who do minor procedures, have a chemist, pathology, pshycolgists, podiatrists, allied health etc and the team are very knowledgeable about the Sale and Gippsland community and where to refer onto in most cases, most importantly, if they don’t know, they will say so. Trust and good communication is the key in a professional GP/ patient experience.
Thanks for all your support over the years.
Kind regards.
Have been getting looked after very well with lots of medical problems can not speak highly enough of this practice. Thank you so much.
I always am pleased with the professionalism at Inglis Medical Centre. The fact that there is also a pharmacy and Clinical Lab on site make, for an efficient experience.
The staff have all been wonderful. They looked after you really well from the Doctors, nurses, front staff, the staff at the chemist, to pathology. Thank you
My husband and I had appointment times for covid jab. Went there and got told off by someone just waiting out the front that it was take a number and wait and your not allowed in waiting room. What's the point of making a time as there would have been about 30 to 40 people wait ing inside and out. We are full Time travelers and we're just trying to do the right thing needless to say we didn't get the needle
Nothing but praise for all the staff and Doctors ar IMC, also a special thanks to Skye who could not do enough to help with a short notice request for assistance.
I wanted to make an appointment to see a GP for a chronic health condition after moving to the area from Melbourne. I was told by the receptionist that due to covid lockdown they wouldn't see new patients. If every clinic operated according to these principles then there would be no medical care available to new people. Obviously I had to make an appointment at another clinic and I am very glad I did as I wouldn't want to be a patient for people like these. Pathetic. The other clinic had no problem making an appointment for me regardless of lock down. Also stupid of Inglis seeing as there are no covid cases around here. Too frightened to look after people and provide their duty of care.
Terrible staff and services! Ignoring patients and laughing them off for they're health issues! Unprofessional and no care for the duty of care. Wouldn't go there ever again
I had a bypass recently and the wound needs changing every 2 day's and the nurse's Leanne, Elizabeth, reiki and liesa have been so awesome in not only caring about wound management but also my personal management so thank you so much ladies you all do such a great job that often goes unthanked. I appreciate the care that has been given to me so more than I can explain you all need a pay rise
Great pass through clinic if you need prescriptions renewed, wouldn't rely on this clinic for actual treatment of conditions as waiting times are extremely long and treatment is poor/inadequate at best. Duty of care doesn't exist here.
This place is very spacious and plenty of seating in the waiting area, little things like tissues and water if thirsty, also have a nursing station that does most things required. Has the convenience of Balfours Pharmacy at the entrance into centre which give helpful good service to you. The staff are pleasant to talk to and very helpful and they seem to go that tiny bit further than most other places, example of tone of these
would be, as in my case I tend to be a bit forgetful at times and the staff offered to give mea reminder if it would help, which I took up and found impossible to miss appointments now. As with most doctors surgeries they are rarely on time. This upsets some but I found that when you have to wait, most times the reason is.an emergency or the doc has taken a bit longer with his patients, which is not a bad thing, but if done with 6or more it tends to put them behind a bit too long some times. I am willing to put up with this as it shows me a commitment to patients wellbeing if spending that bit longer with them, don't you feel that too? Or is it just me. Anyhow I give it 5 out of 5 for every thing but I do get a tad upset when I have to wait too long. Parking is plentiful access is good for all abilities, spotlessly clean and tidy, what more can I say. Give em a go you won't be disappointed. Oh nearly forgot they have the services of Pathology at entrance of premises, opposite pharmacy, who I found to be great also, could not fault Pathology in any area. See if you agree with me, and check them out yourself.
