It always amazes me just how much goes into a project that we may never consider, and photography is no exception. From the moment I connected on the phone, I could sense by the answers Rob gave to my questions, that he is a wise, experienced, thoughtful and creative artist. I might also add he has a great sense of humour, as I was asking if he had magical powers to create my image into something amazing. Now for the actual photo shoot; and to give a bit of backstory, ordinarily I would have chosen a dental appointment over a photo shoot, however Rob pulled out all his aces to ensure the session flowed with ease and Grace. I am delighted that the portrait captured the natural essence that is me. Thank you Rob I have a new appreciation for photography and the masterful artist that you are.

My family's VHS tape wouldn't work on our VCR so I decided to search for someone who could fix it. I came across Infocus Photography and Video and contacted Rob who was quick to respond.

When I brought it over, I mentally prepared myself for the possibility that it couldn't be salvaged. While I looked around the studio, Rob played the VHS tape and I could hear my mum's laughter. I was so happy and surprised that I could finally hear the video and see what was happening. It was a video of my sister's 1st birthday so it meant a lot to myself and my family. Rob was able to convert the VHS tape to a video file and transfered it onto USB.

I am so greatful to Rob for having the knowledge and technology to be able to view these old videos and convert them. I highly recommend Infocus Photography and Video to anyone who wants their old videos converted and backed up. It's definitely worth it!

What a movie maker!
"The Legend of the Wandering Wood-covers" was put together by Rob from a hotchpotch of Pics, videos, sounds and stories. Great fun making the movie with Rob, and lots of fun showing it to the 20 golfers involved.

My daughter's father had recently passed away so when packing up his home we found our wedding film which was nearly 50 years old with no way of watching it being a standard 8 film. In fact my daughter had never seen it so I set about googling for information on how it could be transferred to a DVD so she would have special memories of her dad. I was lucky enough to find Rob at Infocus Phototraphy and from there it was a very simple process.

Rob explained that saving to USB was the standard thing these days but being old school I felt a DVD would be more suited to me, I asked the cost of having both and with no sales pressure at all from Rob I chose to have both DVD and USB.

I cannot recommend Rob from Infocus highly enough for the time and care he took bringing our special memories back to life again and for my daughter to now have actual film of her parents wedding day is priceless.

Cannot recommend Rob's work highly enough. Took in 20 Super 8 movies, most of which hadn't seen the light of day for 20 years or more, and received back 20 digital copies which were of a fantastic quality. Also had a number of small video cassettes converted to digital format - again the quality was excellent. And the price was more than reasonable. Thanks Rob!

Rob took my 40 year-old slides and transferred them to digital. So happy with the result! They have come to life with great colour and resolution. My memories are not captured forever. Thanks Rob!
