I was very impressed with the kindness of staff. They turned down the over-loud music as soon as I requested it and freely provided ice cubes for the drink bottle of my very hot granddaughter. The only thing I would like to see improved is the comfort of the chairs provided.sitting for two hours on a very hard chair spoiled the enjoyment of the experience.

Fabulous fun for all ages! Great variety of obstacles, challenges, slides etc.well set up, with plenty of seating for spectators/family. It's a shame they are only open on weekends and school holidays.
You can take your own food and drink, but there is also a Cafe on site. Toilets are clean and big, so not cramped if needing to change clothes etc.

Kids had fun until it got busy.

Not enough tables and chairs for parents. Came as soon as it opened. By 11: 30 no chairs or tables available. They definitely need more floor staff. Only 2 staff on floor but they are only watching the 1 inflatable each. At times there was only 1 staff member who didn't move and stayed on one side of inflatable trying to tell kids they went the wrong way up. Wasn't working. Older kids being rough and running around knocking over younger ones. There are limits to how many people on each equipment but no one obeys the signs and with no staff supervision it's up to parents to supervise their children. Which is fine by me. But other parents are too busy on their phones or chatting to care about what their kids are up too. Ended up growling other kids as there were younger ones getting hurt. Not a good place for little ones unless you're ready to growl someone else's kids. Slushy cost $5 cups are small. Small coffee $4.50 it is nice coffee tho.

Took a friends two boys for a birthday and I thought it would have been bigger and had more inflatables so I was a little disappointed but the kids had fun so that’s the main thing.

Absolute shambles this place, 15yr old staff with noses in there phone. Large groups of early teens throwing kids out of their way while staff have zero idea what's happening. An incident today has left my daughter with nightmares tonight thinking she was going to be stuck for ever and die while her dad was trying to get her out. While kids were just carrying on jumping on her, despite her screaming and crying not one acknowledgement or are you OK for staff as again too engrossed on their phone.

So much for inflatable world takes health and safety of all visitors seriously. I doubt it you just delete the 1 star reviews and hope for the best.

It's not an entire world, more of a decent sized warehouse, but a large percentage was indeed inflatable.

Good for kids, not much for adults. Toilet and water available. Entry price seems similar to other activities

Kids had a fun time here and the inflatables were fantastic and fun. Staff were pleasant and helpful however food and drink prices are a bit towards the higher end. In saying that, the kids had a good day and enjoyed every moment of it.

The girls loved their short stop in. We arrived an hour before closing. Good place for kids. By the look from other people you can bring your own food in. Price is a bit higher than expected $18 for 11 and 12 year olds but i guess we do what we have to for our kids.

Inflatable world was solid. Staff very helpful and plenty of fun for all the kids. A great day out!

Kids love it. Great for birthday parties but not enough tables for people not there for a birthday party. Staff are very helpful and friendly but can get quite busy later in the day.

The place is clean, spacious and new, although it might not have as many plays options, but kids still had a blast! The cafe maybe offers limited style of food, but they do allow you to bring your own food in, which is a big plus compared to other branches. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend people to choose this the next party location, since the price is also very fair!

Pleasant well maintained facility. Kids were all having a blast! Plenty of space for parties and keeping the kids entertained.

Close to us, nice and clean playing and dining areas, but not much playing choice, only 9 different ones compared to other inflatable worlds, I would say it is more for any kids under 9? For the price of $18 for 2hrs, I may go somewhere else which has an inflatable, cables and ninja course for a similar price.

Place is good but food menu is very average not much items on it and quite overpriced compared to other play centres

Fun place for kids. Approx 9 different inflatables of various sizes to play on. 2 hour play blocks (arrive before 2pm to take full advantage). You can bring your own water. Somewhere different to take the kids in Pakenham.
