Inflatable World Doncaster

My wife and kids arrived to my nephew’s party earlier. Girl behind counter asked my wife to pay for entrance or wait 20 minutes at the door…
I get she doesn’t have kids but we’re dealing with common sense here.
She let them in 5 mins later but with the worse attitude.
So disappointing to have someone at the counter with absolutely no customer service knowledge

Had a fantastic birthday party here today. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt right at home. Very well run and recommend to all!

I live nearby so I've seen the centre evolve over the years. During the pandemic it was so clean. Unfortunately by winter 2023, it's become a mess. Floor is filthy, the food servings are smaller but still expensive. The pies came out freezing cold, I had to send them back. I won't be spending any more money on the cafe. If it weren't for the location, I wouldn't come back, but the kids need to run around in the winter.

We booked the whole venue for a birthday party and everyone had a great time! It’s a very fun place for a party, perfect for kids of all ages and plenty of space for everyone to run around.

Visited on 31 October last year. Nice variety of inflatables. Plenty of undercover parking. A short set of stairs to get to the entrance.

The place is quite fun for my kids.if only rate for the play area I will give my 5 star, but your staff so rude and the food was so less and looks unfresh, that was your baby chino last week when I got it. I am not a fussy person but I can't let my kids to eat it. Your staff told me 'that is baby Chino'. Thanks for that staff to teaching me what is baby Chino from your restaurant. We truly never eat a such disgusting one before also with her confidence rude attitude and she mentioned she wouldn't refund only option is she will made a new one (same at the end).
Kids chips and chicken nuggets was looks like from other table who already eaten, 10 dollar for 10 chips and 3 nuggets. When I double check with your staff, they changed them for a full of plate. So is the food quality depends on your customer, whither if they asking they will get different things. Food and that staff 0 star from our experience.

We came first thing on a Saturday with my 1 year old and it was still quiet. Staff are so nice. Pricing very reasonable. Place was clean. Coffee was strong. I cannot speak more highly of it.

Nice place with lovely staff. Very relaxed and equipped with good quality inflatables. Toddlers section and 5and above areas.

Disappointed with recent visit to Doncaster Inflatable World. I was shocked to see a woman carrying a tray of hot drinks into the main play area on the weekend. There was no-one from Inflatable World to stop her doing this and with lots of kids running around, this is an accident waiting to happen.
We attended a party which seemed poorly organised. No announcement for the party food (pretty sure this happened at Ringwood Inflatable World) so we missed most of the food served. Two children didn't have a plate so I asked Inflatable World attendant for some more plates. He acknowledged my request but didn't bring the plates. The children had to eat off serviettes. I would not be able to recommend to friends.

Took my children here last weekend, they had so much fun! Great food and coffee. Cleanliness is good, staff are good too.

It's a good place to spend a couple of hours, for small aged children to the older ones. Cafe available for drinks and snacks.

First time here today, took my 10 months year old there. Unfortunately the venue isn’t fit for babies, not much for them to do, far too noisy and crowded and the under 5’s area had kids over the age of 5 which made it very dangerous to leave my kid there. All areas are unmonitored and disorganised. Under staffed with 2 staff working when there were over 100 guests. Also the place is very dirty, you can tell it never gets cleaned or wiped. I even found this in the jumping castle out the back in the under 5’s section. Refer to the attached picture. Not a good experience for the first time and not worth the $9, I wouldn’t be returning.

Also answer to the owner, the place was not at all policed the entire time we been there. I should have really received a refund as my baby was barely in that space given the chaos of the day.

Absolutely awful & useless staff specially the younger girl was hopeless. 0 is more than enough for them. Never back to this place and not recommend at all.

The place was very quiet. There isn’t enough for the kids to do and it is so expensive. 3 kids and one of them was a 5 year old and I got charged $51.
$17 per head is a rip off. Better off going to Latitude.
Got a small bowl of chips which the called a large and it was $9.90.

Poorly staffed as there was only one young girl working.
I will not be coming back.
For what they offer it should be about $7 to $8 per child.

Never again. Waste of time and certainly overpriced.

THE PRICE OF ENTRY! That's what's inflatable in that world.
Entry fee for 2.kids 6yrs old.and under was $34. That's just INFLATION to the max.
When discussing the shock of price entry to manager, all I got in return was a smirk and laugh.
The place was over crowded. There was no social distancing in plaxe, let alone the hygiene and food being less than average.
Avoid the inflation and play elsewhere for that high entry fee

Fantastic venue for my 6yo birthday party for 15 kids. Loved the setup (long table, pre-setup with plates, cups) and even a tub of handy items like a knife, extra supplies.

Loved the staff’s efficiency and how quickly they helped pack up as well.

We went for the top package which included 30mins of organised games which the kids loved. Would def recommend!

We held a private party at inflatable world doncaster. Steve and the team were fantastic to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. The party went off without a hitch. We look forward to our next inflatable world event

Had my sons 5th birthday here after visiting on two other occasions

Every kid was happy
All. The parents were happy cause we all. Got a break and had a nice chat.
We could see our kids but still have a break from them and all. The kids have been talking about inflatable World for days after
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the manager is nice and helpful too

We could not be happier with our experience, we hired the venue for our son's birthday and from start to finish the staff were amazing and so helpful.

Thank you so much for a great party, the kid's had the best time amd thank you for making it so easy for us parent's.

We will be back again:)
