I placed an order for a very small item thru their web. So surprised to receive an immediate email acknowledging my order plus a copy of their pretty good invoice with complete details of the order plus costing.
That was an excellent customer service, I thought for such a trivial item.
The item arrived days ahead of its ETA. Again, I thought that was quick. However, the item received was not in perfect condition, hence I emailed them just for the heck of it because the price and the item is so trivial that I didn’t think they will bother and waste their time.
Surprise, the response again was immediate - an apology plus an offer to replace the product or a discount on nxt order
To make a long story short, I am very impressed with their customer service,
not only on the first order, but also with the 2nd order with the discount, most especially to Mr Chris P. He is an ASSET to the company
The product is also perfect for my use
I give them 10-stars, double the usual 5

Quit lining up for dejour. These guys do tailored jeans while you wait. They are quality af. I rocked up at 4: 30pm one day and walked out at 5pm with two tailored pairs of jeans for like $60ish per pair. Get on it fam.
After hitting the other three demin places in Brunswick and walking away disappointed with the quality of fabric, the designs and general craftsmanship, I didn't have much hope that Infinity Jeans was going to be any better. I was absolutely mistaken. Wonderful Turkish denim, great patterns, free on the spot alterations and what felt like a luxury and personal experience after Dejour.

A hidden gem upstairs in a Brunswick East back street. Great quality jeans at very reasonable prices. Purchased a beautiful leather belt made in Australia for $40. Friendly service. All cards welcome.
