Our local company uses this carwash for our fleet.
I washed the my ranger at Infinity Moorabin on the Thursday before Australia day and it looked fantastic until I got home.

I thought the car wash had permanently damaged my aluminium canopy. I was able to reach the owner of the car wash who assured me there was no permanent damage. He asked me to come down the next possible time yo rectify the issue, he even explained why it had happened and how i can keep on top it.great work Infinty Carwash Moorabbin

Paid for the premium internal/external service $450 to spruce up my car prior to selling it. Cleaned fairly well on the inside (despite stinking of foul smelling carpet cleaner) the attention to detail on the exterior was very poor. Certain areas were forgotten, the cut and polish residue was not properly cleaned off the car and I had to spend a lot of time wiping off and cleaning areas they missed. There are so many people working on the car at the same time, there are no checks and balances and quality control to make sure the job is done properly. I won't be returning to this place again.

They just hit you up as soon as you enter, charge you for a mediocre service. After spending $150 with them I can get it washed better @ $10 doing it myself

While I always feel like I’m being sucked into buying a years worth the deal always end up being a great value proposition and they always do a great job. I want speed and good and I get it. If I want worlds best I’d have to pay heaps more and take my car somewhere for a whole day. These guys exceed my expectations every time. Thanks

I had a bit of a complaint yesterday and they wholeheartedly attended to the issue. To say I am impressed is the least! I AM HAPPY!

Great job and lovely service. Have tried others but always go back. I buy 5 washes at a time and it is great value that way.

Have been taking our Audi and BMW here for years and always do an outstanding job. Always happy to go above and beyond especially when our cars get extremely filthy from our road trips. The owner always recognises us and is so friendly.

Quality of the wash is slipping.
I’ve been coming to this car wash for a couple years but noticed that the car is not getting washed as thoroughly in the last few months. A bit disappointed

Been coming for almost 2 years now, got brought a 6 month package for a present, after doing quick maths I realised it was literally cheaper to come here and they do a better job than I can. Professional service and very polite

Wouldn’t recommend the $200 detailing package; seems to get the same treatment as the the basic wipe down service. I’m writing this review as I have to wait for them to go over the car and clean the area’s properly. Some of the carpet wasn’t even vacuumed let alone washed.

The attendants were just delightful and so I agreed to a $200 wash and deep clean inside as there was quite a lot of sand in the car. Honestly, I was disappointed. Did not get my money worth. I had to go over the dash when I got home. The mats were washed but they forgot to put them back in car. Had to return for them. Next time I will wash and vac myself and spend the $200 on taking the grandkids to Water World for the day! Way too expensive!

UPDATE: I just realised that you haven’t put the rubber matt under the drivers seat back in, it’s quite slippery without it. Can I come back to pick it up?

Brought the car in for the “premium wash” - it’s amazing. It almost felt like they’ve been able to erase all traces of two young children (food leftovers, sand, you name it). So impressed!

Blunt, rude, clueless staff. Unhelpful and no clear process. Went wanting salt stains removed from my windscreen - they said “we’ll see how it goes with water”… you don’t reckon I’ve tried that? ! Hadn’t used them before and definitely won’t consider it again.

Exceptional detailing of my absolutely filthy car. My car had lots of sand and dog hair and the team went over and above in every way to deliver me my car like new. Huge thanks to Davinder for helping me and ensuring I was happy and to Sukh and others for doing such an amazing job on my car.

This is a business which takes great pride in its work and wants to ensure its customers are satisfied. I will keep up to date now with regular washes and occasional detailing.

Dirty car these guys clean it great, they never disappoint. Het the package go on the weekend have a coffee will be quicker that you expect and it will be great.

I have been using Infinity for months now. The guys are good, Sook (perhaps not spelled properly) is the best.
Fast and good finish every time.
