The fried fish & potato cakes were surprisingly good.
I'd suggest filling your drinks fridge with some more stock though.

DIDN'T CHANGE OIL AND OIL WAS DIRTY CHIPS AND DIM SIMS AND CRAB STICKS NOT GOOD AS OVER COOKED AND DONE IN DIRTY OIL

First and last time I will order food from this place. All food except chips was overcooked, they mucked up our order and when we rang to let them know they tried to say that's not what we ordered.

The best fish and chips I've had in years. The chips are crunchy, fish is fresh and tasty very nice customer service

I ordered one burger from here it tasted like it was cooked in the microwave the bottom bun was so soggy if this fish & chip shop was down in Melbourne it would be open for very long.

Replaced steak burger with a cheese burger as steak burger was out of stock.cheese burger was just a patty and buns, it was hard and dry.
I also got a dinner pack, which was 2 flake, 4 potato cakes and 2 dim sims with a side of chips. All food was drenched in oil and it was inedible, the fish was not fully cooked and it was a mushy mess that tasted of raw batter.

I ordered the value meal today and it was a very delicious food, just perfect and polite staff highly recommended

This is honestly probably the best chips I've had in Shepparton and I've tried most the shops around here.

As for price it's $5 for a medium chips and that's a tad bit expensive for the amount given

I asked for chips extra crunchy with chicken salt and the guy working did amazing.

I will definitely be coming back here again but I'll probably have to get large chips for my wife and me next time.

I can not believe we ordered our food 3 hrs before pick up on good Friday today 15/04/2022 we got to the shop and they hadn't even started to cook it whilst we were their a customer came back and said they had only recieved half their order so we left without our order and so did 3 other customers very untidy buisines as well wouldn't recommend to anyone totally disappointed.

Just got $10 worth of chips only to get not even $5 dollars worth of chips I wish I could up a photo never going there again I went to shop and was told it’s $5 a scoop I showed the 3 little kids that work there bad service not happy

Ordered the Family Pack. Food was ordinary and was charged $38 even though the Facebook page said $25.

The fish and chips are so fresh and delicious and the staff are very friendly, well done. Highly recommended

Ordered $10 Chips & 5 Potato cakes for kids lunch. Yep.that's $10 chips.in that little white tray. Even called to check to make sure I didn't get someones elses minimum chips by mistake. Not impressed & the bloke confirmed it was $10 worth on the phone, Very rarely complain but im acutally insulted. Don't waste your time coming here. Clearly the posts about a cheap good value eat are by the owners themselves.

High quality fish and chips at a reasonable price. I shared a Fisherman's Basket, just right for lunch. Good kids' menu, too.
