26Cowboys. After three emails of responses not really addressing questions, I call. Luckily I never paid (they were quick to provide eft details before even stating how much!). You're better to just use web and order yourself as it will be quicker and that's all these guys do anyway, they order what you can, they don't save time and charge exponentially more than what anywhere else does. They don't overly sound like they know what they're doing either (from emails and call).
I bought Swift laptop for my son as he was starting his high school, after a month he lost his laptop charger and on enquiry about spare parts, I get to know that, there is some third party vendor who is dealing with Acer Spare parts. I put a order through email and paid it with bank transfer. They said this particular model os not locally available and it will be shipped from overseas and will take 7-14 days to deliver. After 12 days, I contacted the vendor for delivery update and very rudely they replied it is back ordered and expecting delivery time is end of April and either I have to wait or I can request refund. On escalating this to Acer no help what so ever. I spend 1600 AUD on laptop and just after one month it is useless as no power adaptor available for this model. I have to arrange something else for son as he was preparing for his year 7 NAPLAN test. Its already been nearly month and still no support from either vendor or Acer.
I ordered a part from you & paid for it in November 2021
Its now February 2022
I was told back in early January that it was on backorder - ONLY because I rang you to get an update.you have never contacted me to update me on the order
I have sent you ANOTHER email today (18/02/2022) & I expect an update on Monday 21/02/2022
Very unprofessional and poor service. They sent me a charger which was not working for my laptop and they refund me less than half of money. They do not even answer the calls or take payment by credit card. Such a dozy company I am unsure why Acer is using this company for spare parts.
I have been coming to Infinity Computer in Brunswick for years. They are the best! Great service, very friendly and super competitive price wise. Check them out if you have a computer problem. 5 star
This computer did not have all the aspects I was wanting, eg: No CD player inbuilt. No right hand side numerical input pad. Speakers (internal) don't work when microphone is on and vice versa. I am impressed with speed but it leaves me cold in other area.
As the authorised Acer spare parts agent, Infinity Computer are a horrific company to deal with. Their quoting and invoicing process is prompt, if curt, but they fail abysmally with keeping customers informed with spare part status.
Over the better part of three months, it fell on me (i.e. The customer) to chase up their spare parts department to find out the status of a *SINGLE* hinge that was on back order. Not only did they fail to inform me that it was not in stock, the only thing they offered was a refund.
I ended up setting aside an evening and repairing the broken part myself, after which I told them that I wanted a refund. They, at this point, responded saying that the part is finally in stock and they can send it to me next week. Too little, too late.
I pity anyone who has to deal with this mob, I hope Acer figures out that working with this company makes them look bad and ditches them for a more competent agent.
I purchased a video card from Infinity, but when I got it home I discovered it wasn't compatible with my ancient Apple cinema display. The team at Infinity gave me a full refund. Thanks!
Dropped my pc off for repair for a couple of issues, and they handled the problem straight away with no extra charges ontop, picked it up the next day, and they were very helpful and kind
I worked at Infinity Computer Group as Technician for ~5 Years.
Our Chairman of the Company is very hard working and supportive.
We had and I believe always will have a professional Team here to address Customer queries. I connot forget my Colleagues with whom I have learnt many things and travelled so far.
Thank You!

My first desk top computer was purchased here close to 20 years ago. The 3 problems that have occurred in this period have all been dealt with promptly and included upgrades/improvements for better performance. Satisfied with the service each time.
Very friendly and supportive. Great communication and reliable service. I bought a new computer from Infinity Computer in December last year. James was fantastic. Everything went well, and I am very happy with the computer. I have bought computers from them before, and the story was the same then.
Horrible experience. I seriously do not recommend this place to anyone I can't even get through to management to discuss my issue because they refuse to pass me through.
I have ordered parts on 4 seperate occasions and my only standard experience was the first one. Getting a refund is impossible even if they cant provide you with the product you paid for.
I have been lied to about the date I will be receiving my order, had my order lost, spoken to like garbage and was asked "are you finished? " when describing the situation calmly. I can not begin to describe how bad the service was.
Finally got through to manager "Steven" who refused to let me talk. Yelled at me over the phone and sent my product (after 2 months) on the day I called up requesting a refund.imagine that. The second I ask for a refund its sent to me.
Horrible. Just horrible. They lied about having a part in stock, and then said they would ship it when I showed up to buy it.
The battery I ordered arrived very quickly and working great! Team was very helpful and informative in explaining what part I needed to order. Thanks a lot!
Scammers, the products are faulty. Definitely avoid purchasing from here. Customer service was also rude. Would not recommend at all!
I find their hardware overpriced. The service is passable but nothing special and not really that knowledgeable. It looks like they've found a niche as being an authorised Acer spare parts dealer. I could never understand how such a small shop could employ so many people complete with fancy branded company vehicles. I get it now, Acer machines aren't known for quality so they make their money flogging overpriced parts for temperamental machines.
I have used their services for purchasing and service for many years. I always find them friendly and very fair value. Highly recommend. Steve
Absolute pisstake of a store. Brought a mounting bracket for an Acer laptop, which ended up being $50 for what is essentially a square inch of metal with a couple of holes drilled in it. Then when I asked why the screws that are needed for the item to function weren’t sent with the item I was told to go to Jaycar electronics to buy some.
Seeing as this is Australia’s official spare parts distributor for Acer I sure as hell won’t be purchasing another Acer product again.
As an acer spare part supplier they are useless. Gave me a price and timeframe. Price was good. Happy to wait thier time frame (a month). Paid upfront. It's now a MONTH Over there timeframe and they still can't give me an ETA. Pretty pathetic in my mind.
Update: they have just given me an eta. 2 months! After the intial eta.
