Worst online experience I have ever had. I bought 9 fidget spinners for my kids & friends kids. After purchasing online I was advised they were out of stock and delivery would be delayed. After a month when the delivery arrived they only sent 5 of the 9 I paid for. I immediately got in contact and advised them of the short delivery. I was told they would send them out and rectify the mistake. They never sent them out and every time I got in contact they had an excuse until finally they told me that the person who packed my parcel (a month earlier by this stage) specifically remembered packing mine and did pack the full amount - Therefore they are now refusing to send.
THESE PROPLE ARE UNETHICAL AND ARE ONLY IN THIS FOR THEMSELVES - NO CUSTOMER CARE OR FOCUS.
All this for $16 worth of spinners - imagine what they would do for a larger amount of money
