I have contacted your team several time regarding our complimentary IPad when we signed contact. After 6months I have still not receive it. Chantelle is very nice and helpful, but other people in the team are not helping at all. Please mail the iPad ASAP.

Scott from infinity is a great lad that always comes into our office to rectify our issues/upgrades. Whilst at our office he is always up for a great chat and a laugh. Libby in sales is exceptionally great to deal with also. Great work guys would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from Scott our technician today. I needed help yesterday after our phone system failed and Scott was onsite at 8.30am the next morning and sorted out the problem. He was transparent and explained everything he was doing. He listened to how we wanted the system to operate and obliged with every request. The level of customer service was the best I've seen for a long time. Great job and thanks for your assistance. I will definitely be using Infiniti again in the future for our telecommunication needs

Very disappointed with level of customer service from both infinity and springcom. They really are no better than the big telcos.
Sign up to a 2 years contract but modem only has 12 month warranty. Then asks for $400 for new modem. Never again.

I have had dealings with Infiniti ever since we installed our Aavaya phone system into our business premises nealry 9 years ago. The phone system has been brilliant and infiniti helped us initally install the system, move the system to a new location and then upgrade the system to prepare it for a recent NBN connection. They then organised a wonderful phone plan from their partenr Springcom who had to go above and beyond to port my phone numbers over to them during a very difficult period from my old provider when the recent pandemic made it impossible to have complex porting requests carried out. They came up with a brilliant solution to resolve the issue. I am very glad I have left my old provider as Springcom offer great customer service and do what they promise. It is nice to see 2 companies (Infiniti & Springcom) who obvioulsy have great business ethics especially in the Telco Industry.

We had a problem with the phones, Shane made a follow up contact call promptly and talked me through how to fix for free - then Scott came out on site promptly and diagnosed the issues very quickly and accurately. Old fashioned good value customer service.we will become a long term customer
