I have been seeing Meg for a few years now. She has done everything from hair dressing, nails, lashes & waxing on me. Meg has wonderful customer service skills & is extremely good at her craft. I have never walked into her salon & not made feel welcome. She especially shows a great amount of dignity to me when having private waxing done. I highly recommend her services. To anyone that hasn’t seen Meg before I highly recommend you do see her. You won’t be disappointed. Her prices are extremely affordable plus she has Afterpay for those that need it. Because of this she gets 5 stars from me

I went in there with eyebrows and came back out with none.the lady didn’t ask me how much i wanted off.they were so uneven, i got a lash lift and the stuff they used it was all over the place on my eyes wasn’t properly put on & my eye lashes were completely uneven.would not recommend wasting your time or money on this place‍️

Yikes. This place deserves NO stars, but there is no option to do that.
I went in with hair for a cut with their "third year apprentice" Meg after she advertised on Facebook.and I left almost bald. I found out from the salon who fixed my hair she wasn't a third year apprentice, at all! She just woke up one day and had an epiphany about cutting hair while having her own hair fixed after she stuffed it!
She was inappropriate the whole time she was killing my hair, talking about her ex boyfriend, her history and drug usage and just made me so uncomfortable the whole time I was stuck in her chair. I didn't even know her prior to this. I didn't feel confident to speak up because of the stories she was sharing about things she'd done to unhappy customers previously. I've shared my experience on Facebook where she continued to lie and seek customers for haircuts and received ongoing threats and harassment from her friends who just seemed like derelicts. It was an all round terrifying experience. I hear she does good nails, but I'll be buggered if I would bother finding out if that's true.

Lashes felt like there were two lashes stuck together and pinching, unprofessionally done only lasted 2days and lashes were falling off.

Got a spray tan, lash & brow tint here on Thursday night and was pretty disappointed. Half of my lashes and eyebrow hairs were somehow missed during the tinting process and both tints havent even lasted a week. The spray tan was splattered all over me, a sign of the machine being turned up too high, and I have used both moisturiser and tan extender daily, haven't sweated or worn tight clothing, and after 3 days the tan was already coming off! Not impressed with the presentation of the salon either or the staff sitting on their phones and giving off a very unwelcoming vibe.

Works great on hair (dyeing, trimming, cutting etc), but does a horrible job on nails. I got told my nails looked like 'wolf claws' because they were extremely triangular and thick, yet I asked for almond shape. The colour job was also terrible as it was super streaky. A family member also went there for there nails and it was the same thing, as well as the fact that they all fell off within the first week (they don't do any hard physical work that would cause them to break). All up we have wasted $130 this year on something we could have had cheaper and done better at one of the Asian places in Albury.
Oh and also ruined my clothes with bleach and never payed for me to get new ones.
