Big shout out to Reilly from the Chadstone store. Reilly is an absolute legend! Exceptional customer service and nothing is ever too much for him. He is always with a smile and is extremely pleasant to deal with.
Me and my partner love Industrie clothing and we have always been well looked after by Reilly at Chadstone. The first time Reilly served us, we actually walked in 5 mins before they were meant to close on a Friday evening around 8: 55pm I think. Now, I have worked in retail and I know what it’s like when customers walk in when the shop is about to close. But, Reilly was so friendly and helpful! He did not rush us at all and was super patient. And it was a similar incident today, we went in just close to closing time around 8: 30pm and he was his happy and friendly self as always - helped us out with everything with no hesitation.
I hope management sees this comment as Reilly is a huge asset to your company! His customer service is exceptional and I have rarely ever encountered this type of customer service. We will keep going back because of him and I’m sure others who have been served by him would say the same. He totally deserves a nice Christmas bonus!
