Staff were terrible, too busy chatting and we still bought an expensive item. I said thank you for your help sarcastically and received a really rude response. I will never shop there again.

Staff were very unmotivated and unhelpful in helping me. Negative attitude was not appreciated.

Industry is one of them brands you should only buy if on sale. The prices are starting to get a bit stupid based on the quality

Funnily enough everyone who was wearing a mask was not an Industrie staff member. Not a mask in sight from the staff and the cashier serving us was more than happy to fluff about and waste our time.

Aussie female shop assistant with oversized glasses and lots of makeup was very helpful.
Clothes are better than expected and good value. Excellent high-casual wear for afterwork/weekends.

Put more staff on during weekends - one person serving is not enough especially on a Saturday. Left my items on the counter and walked out as the one person in the shop was busy trying to find sizes.

Easy going staff. Very Helpfull. As l am Hebrew l can only wear cotton. Gr8 range of shirts, shorts, jeans ect
