Industrial Fitting Sales Victoria

I phone my order through and was told that I could pick it up in an hour. Matt was good to help me find a substitute for an nil stock item. I have dealt with them a few times now and they have always been clear about the hour delay and that it's due to the volume of orders that they are processing and picking.

Just wanted to put a good review here to level put the low reviews. My experience, as someone not familiar with airhose fittings etc, was pretty positive. I emailed a few questions across, via the email provided on the website. Spoke to a guy named Robert who had to decipher my convoluted question and clarify what exactly I was after. He responded almost instantly to my emails and provided an invoice as soon as he knew what I needed. Was also happy to point me to a couple places that could fit off the hose connections for me and that might have the parts I was after, so I didn't have to go through IFS. Overall pretty good experience. Very helpful.

An absolute joke. Confirmed with the sales staff overt the phone that the fittings I was after was in stock on the shelf. Went in to the counter sales to purchase 10 fittings (10 of the same!) and told I have to wait for an hour for packing. If the company put themselves as wholesaler and do not want small businesses, then why setting up a counter sales? This company has no customer service at all.warehouse staff have slacking attitude. They used to be okay but it seemed that they had fallen.

What a joke.
Just walked in to purchase so fittings.
$50 minimum spend unless u have an account. That’s fine.
Then got told it’s an hour wait for all orders.
WHAT THE?
I was looking to purchase approximately $200-$300 worth of fittings. Funny how Bunnings can beat these specialty stores with a small amount of service.
I do not recommend using this company.

Offer no warranty. Fitting failed after 2.5 months and blaming contamination in air line even though all air tools are over 5years old and still working.
Would not recommend.

Best range of fitting in town that I've seen. They have pretty much every fluid fitting you can think of. Walk in and fiddle is doable, best to go in the morning.

Counter staff were very friendly however I thought they were joking when I was told that my $30 purchase was under their cash sale minimum. A great way to lose regular small sales.
