Indulgence Spa Lounge & Nails

I go here probably once or twice a year for a treat but they always make me feel welcome, very accommodating and do a great job at a great price.

The best spa in Point Cook! The staff are all so wonderful, especially Cindy, whom I will revisit.
I’ll be back to the spa in 3 weeks!

This is the third time visiting the spa, first 2 times the service was good, but disappointed with the service today.

Manicure and Shellac. The staff took their time to be careful, shellac has lasted really well (elsewhere found it started to peel soon with my active lifestyle). Very happy.

Have only recently found this salon. Bella has done an amazing job each time & I will definitely keep returning.

In a word, DISGUSTING!

Went in for a spa pedicure, was left waiting (probably due to overbooking). Finally allocated a filthy seat that was old and uncomfortable. Couldn't bring myself to place anything on the side trays or even rest my arms. Was left to soak my feet for about another fifteen minutes which unfortunately gave me time to discover how unbelievably filthy the whole place was. From the crusty, disintegrating rubber mat at the entrance to literally every surface in sight that was covered in weeks or months of filth.

Then for the pedicure. No interaction, no engagement, just occasional chatting in native language to "technician" at next station. Had many many pedicures but none where the "technician" was trying to break the all time record. All done in less than 20 minutes! Missed about 50% of each foot when doing the parmesan shaving thingy, was just a cursory attempt.

Not sure who wanted the experience to end quicker but I couldn't wait to get out of the chair and away from the filth. Without a doubt the most unrelaxing spa pedicure in living memory.

How on earth does this place get five star reviews? Beggars belief.

I visited this place today and had horrible experience with Tracy. Not only she did a terrible job with my nails but also very rude. When I tried to tell her that she needs to do better job she rudely said “no need to come”. I would not return to this place

Such lovely people at Indulgence spa. I really enjoyed my time there and very happy with my nails too! Kelly was awesome and very patient with me as I was confused on which colour to go for

First time trying this place on Friday. I got a full set and pedicure. Absolutely enjoyed my time. I have found my new spa. I was previously going to another local place for the last 5 years and left due to inconsistencies and the fact they were overbooking which meant you were left waiting 30 + minutes past your booked appt time and then they rushed your service. I booked at indulgence spa for 11 and had my feet in the spa by 11: 10.
Highly recommend.

Vicky and her team at Indulgence have once again gone above and beyond to accomodate me. I’ve been a regular customer for about 9 months now, and I’ve never left dissatisfied! I had accidentally booked the wrong thing for this morning but Vicky made sure to fit me in, and did so without complaint! I can not stress how pleased I am! Amazing nails and stunning lashes. Thanks for everything ladies! X

I went to this salon today and I asked for manicure SNS, the girl straightaway applyed SNS on my nails and I reminded her again and said I need to have a manicure, she said it’s not necessary.
After she finished applying SNS I told her look at my cuticles, they are so dry! Other staff said we can fix it! I told her no one can apply SNS and after they do manicure! And after that she charges me full price!

I booked a Deluxe Pedicure. Absolutely fantastic Pedicure, service and price. Staff are friendly and online booking a huge plus.

It's a great place to get done your eye lashes extensions and nails. Vicky did a marvelous job on my eye lashes. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Eyelashes, massage pedicures, SNS nails, nail art professionally done. Ladies spoil you. Looking for a Beautiful Place to relax and unwind Indulgence Spa Lounge is the place to be.

This is a GREAT salon! Both Vicki and Jenny who did my nails were so polite and helpful. They really took the time out to understand what I wanted and made sure I was happy with it the whole way. Definitely returning:)

10/10 if I could rate more stars I would! Most polite staff and I love all their services ️️ Would 100% recommend!

My mum and I got our nails done here today, and what a delight it was! The ladies here are wonderful, pay very close attention to detail and make sure you are happy the whole way through. Amazing prices as well! Well set up, intimiate and unique - I've found my new nail place!
