I can not start my day without indulgence coffee, it’s not only the coffee, it’s the vibe, energy and lovely mood that attracts me here, all the staff are amazing, Marcus thank you, you made my day

Have been going to this cafe for years, the food is always great and very affordable for the quality and quantity of food. Would always recommend this cafe.

I wanted bonsoy milk that was on display and they put an awful cheap soy milk in instead. When I questioned I was told I had to pay extra for bonsoy? I have NEVER had to pay extra for a different soy milk anywhere else. So odd. Will have my coffee elsewhere in the future.

The food is always of the highest quality here, there spaghetti, focaccia and bacon egg muffins never disappoint

Amazing place, the food is delicious and in appropriate serving sizes, leaving you full and begging to come back for seconds. I only came here a couple of times but every time I order something out of my comfort zone, I am left in awe with how graciously the food’s flavour lands on my tongue. 100/10 place to go to, amazing customer service aswell?

I ordered a parma, which was generous in size, reasonably priced, but seriously good eating! Also had a hot chocolate, and they had lactose free milk, yay, and it was a really good hot chocolate, one of the best I've had. My friend also had very enjoyable food. The service is friendly. This is not a food court type place, but a seriously good Cafe. A hidden gem. I would love to go back again!

Value for money I ordered the indulgence beef burger it was so good and juicy will definitely come to eat

Today I got my usual coffee from you it’s was half full and no cappacino no froth wasn’t good …
Today Sunday 13th. The Uber had no idea where he was going which goes back to Uber! It was cold as when u received it. My address is across the road so ur should not have been cold on delivery! I asked Uber for refund for my coffee they refused not impressed Just letting you know

Their food is amazing, unfortunately they have a reputation of being very slow to get things cooked and organised making uber drivers wait a really long time. I have had 3 drivers cancel my deliveries because of the long wait times, and my delivery has then been over an hour late due to this.

Local cafe inside The Pines food court. Old school cafe with non pretentious food (modern food). Big servings, and priced well. Friendly staff and lots of available seatings.

Very good breakfast menu and good tasty breakfast. I would have given 5 stars if the lady hadn't come to us, investigating about the drinks and making us feel embarrassed. Offcourse we know we have to pay for the extra drink that we took but let us finish our breakfast first man.
She literally investigated abt each single drink and said many times pay for it.
Learn customer service plz.

To the old lady who came to our table today in the middle of breakfast to say that we have to pay for these drinks.
Learn some customer service skills, your action was offending. Embarassing for us. You are rude. And we did not like it at all.
I want to give zero star, but there is no option of this.

Love the coffee here, Ali & Vicki are great baristas, friendly staff, also having the option of open air tables makes it safer to meet.

Extremely slow service takes 30-45 Min everytime just to pick up a delivery even when it's not bizy, staff don't seam to care and seams like the owner doesn't either

Just WOW! Went to Indulgence Cafe today for food and coffee and, Boy, did it impress! Best coffee and food I've had in a very long time! The breakfast & cake were very Fresh and Delicious! I couldn't stop till I finished it! And to top it all, the staff was very polite and friendly! I will definitely be coming again!

I wish could give them ratings in minus, terrible service. We placed an order, paid for it and after waiting for 40 minutes found staff at the counter never passed on the order to Kitchen. Never experienced such a bad service anywhere in so many years. Never going back there again.

Lovely cafe that has traditional western good and fusion indian dishes. Nice combination! Family owned and really good folk. Friendly service to boot. Tucked away in corner of the Pines and has outdoor seating for the warmer days.

I have recently moved to East Doncaster and commute regularly through the Pines in between buses to various venues for work. My one constant in my busy life has been this cafe where I now stop whenever I can. Sophie remembers my order perfectly every time and always flashes me a smile that makes me blush under my mask on the way out lol. Would highly recommend.
