Scott gave me two separate quotes, one for blinds for a decking and another for some awnings. I decided not to go ahead with the decking blinds as there was a better and cheaper alternative for my job. I wanted to proceed with the awnings. After not receiving any reply on these I tried to chase these up only to find now that the cost for these have now gone up.and would now have to include other charges. I have now got a quotation from another company for the job at a $500 lower charge.

Scott attended to give us a quote, he was so friendly, had great knowledge of the product and did not put pressure on us to sign on the day but he advised that the earlier the order is confirmed the better the chance of us getting our blinds before Christmas. Great customer service, Scott was super fast scheduling a time to come quote, made the process easy and they were installed within 3weeks which was amazing given COVID and a month before Christmas. Thanks for making sure they were installed well before Christmas, we love them and don't know what we did without them. We will be ordering more in the NY, quality is second to none and they look great! We when with the 90% which is good because you can still see out, lets light through but blocks out the heat/sun/wind. Thanks team

Terrible terrible terrible.
Used these guys a while ago - and whilst things were installed it turns out they seem to have no idea what they are doing.
A number of the blinds have broken without much wear and tear, and it turns out this is due to them being installed incorrectly.
Seriously!?

Avoid at all costs.
Terrible service. Happy to take your money but took ages to do what was a very easy job. Then when the blinds were installed incorrectly, they were slow to fix the problem.
I would give them zero if I could.

Oh wow! We have recently had 95% blockout Ziptrak outdoor blinds installed to enclose our entertaining area & the transformation is remarkable, to say the least.
Customer service was spot on from our first encounter & continued right through the installation process & beyond. We had placed our order then later changed the colour & added two more blinds. Scott was so obliging & nothing was too much trouble, he has even followed up to make sure we are completely satisfied. Highly recommend this company & thank you once again Scott.
