Old lady owner is AWFUL. Keeps pushing you to buy more expensive goods. For example with eggs, I picked up normal eggs then she said they are not free range and they are TOXIC only cheap restaurant use normal caged eggs. She kept pushing me to buy the most expensive free range eggs. And when I was there only for oranges, she tried to push me to buy their ‘BEAUTIFUL NEW VEGES’. She is DISGUSTING AND RUDE. Other staff are nice and friendly though…

I always buy groceries here and never crossed check the price scanned at the checkout. Today I found 2 items with prices higher than shelf edged tags. The yound lady at the checkout wasn't helpful at all and had no idea about it.

Good variety of asiain goods, friendly staff. They helped me find something that I couldn't find anywhere else, even specifically ordered something I was looking for that I could come back a few weeks later to collect.

This is the best supermarket I met in Melbourne. The staff's service attitude is very warm. Uncle Wang is very professional and Aunt Li is very friendly.

Strongly recommend you check the expiry date before purchase. Lots of products on shelves are expired.

Great Asian grocery store, lots of varieties. The new owners took over during the Corona and doing even better! They are always busy organizing more options of many Chinese take away from different restaurants, seafood, fresh fruit etc.that are uncommon to see in the average, typical grocery shops. It is a very proactive way to do the business. It also brings lots of benefits and convenience for the local and small business through the touch lockdown. Keep doing the excellent job!

Spent all afternoon looking for dumpling wrappers. Came by this place as a last resort and praise Jesus they had an amazing range of wraps. This made my day. Friendly staff as well.

Great Asian grocery store with lots of Indonesian and Malaysian products hard to find elsewhere. Prices are amongst the cheapest in Melbourne for a lot of goods. Reasonably easy to find parking nearby or park at Woolworths and walk back.

The old lady cashier has a serious poor manner. I am paying you money for my stuff, Not owing you a single money.please improve your customer service, thanks

Cheap Asian grocery selling some Indonesian, Chinese and general groceries. Good selection not a very big store but has what most people need to cook up Asian food and others. Have fresh veggies tofu noodle, rice etc in the shop. And plenty of snacks and sweet asian drinks

This place has a great variety of products on their shelves, so a 4 Star for this reason.
Otherwise, the place is a little old and the customer service isn't the greatest (the cashier was on his mobile phone whilst processing my payment).
The prices are neither cheap nor expensive, so no additional rating given for this.

I have no idea, why the service is very rude and has no manner at all, mostly people from the cashier. No smile, angry faces and I believe they have a mental problems with their self. Because they don’t want to paying tax or perhaps the ATM card machine doesn’t work well for the third times I’ve tried to pay with my ATM the young rude man said ; It is declined. So slick and manipulating. Pushing me to pay with the cash. Playing dirty, embarrassing the customers with have no money from EFT post. They need learn about honest & manners. Prefer with the previous owner, was very friendly people.
