Lovely little store with products from a wide range of cultures. I found flour here for making areas.

Fast shipping but the shop replaced some of the products in my order and the products are different from what I needed exactly. I wasn't asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. No proper receipt given in online orders too. I have sent a message to the shop but have not gotten any response.

I just love to spend time here, staff is very friendly and always willing to help, I like this place

Would not recommend. It took 6 months for my items to arrive, and this was only after multiple emails calls and then complaints through PayPal. Terrible customer service and questionable work practices.

ExcellentI found what I was after! Great service too, the guy showed me and walked me to see all of the Colombian products they have So if you are Colombian come and visit.

Great place for South African treats if you live in Geelong. Owned and operated by a very friendly guy named Menny (sp?). Always welcoming and helpful.

The search feature works really well. Even if you transliterate items from a regional language, it shows correct products. Although there's a slight delay when you tap on X to clear the content of search bar, everything else is so smooth and functional you won't even notice it. 'Repeat order' feature is great. I don't have to do the same searching every month. Oh it's arrived already! No ads, quick delivery = no hassles! I love it!

Possibly the best place to find hard to get Indian, Asian, and South American products in Geelong and extremely friendly and knowable owners.

I ordered some Stute diabetic jam. Good prices and quick postage. The parcel was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard and placed in a cardboard box. My jams arrived in perfect condition. You have a returning customer. Look forward to ordering more.

Manny runs a very good store and his selection has something for everyone, I love visiting this store.

You can find Mexican hot sauce, salsa verde, tomatillo sauce, tortilla flour among other stuff.

I got confused when ordering, and gave the wrong shipping address, and they ever so kindly rang me to confirm they had changed it after I gave them the new adress (even when I was flustered and a bit short with them). Thankyou indo asian groceries store for sorting this out so kindly.

Charged for items which were not delivered. Lodged a paypal claim, and when he responded said he would refund the money if I cancelled the paypal claim which I did. I am still to receive the money. I am sorry I cancelled the paypal claim. Do not buy from this guy!

Happy to have found this great store. One of the biggest ranges of herbs and spices I’ve seen, great variety of products from many different countries. Staff member was very kind and helpful too.

Fantastic Indo/Asian grocery store with a HUGE range of spices, sauces, frozen foods and also kitchenware and a lot of other items from every continent on earth! The spice range is incredible, they also sell bulk rices and flours of many kinds. Great friendly staff too, highly recommended to pop in and have a browse, the possibilities are endless with such a diverse product range on offer! Pricing is exceptionally reasonable too. And they stock Jimmy's Sate Sauce - the greatest satay sauce ever produced in the history of the universe!

Terrible customer service ever I experienced.
I ordered few items via online.
The status of each item was available on the day I ordered, did not show as out of stock on the website.

I was planning to send those for my mother's birthday.
I had to ring them what is my order status.
They said one of the item was out of stock - I did not receive any notification which my order is being delayed for this reason at all.

After 4 weeks of delayed of my order, they shipped this order to my billing address in Victoria instead of shipping address in NSW.

I was not happy about this, rang the owner.
He said the courier company does not deliver the parcel to the PO BOX.

Then why they did not contact me to ask about it before they will ship this to completely different state to deliver?

The owner said they cannot contact each customer to confirm which address the customer wish to deliver is the delivery address is PO box.
I could not believe what he said. Then why he does delivery service of the products? Or why they don't write down not to write PO box on their order page?

I must admit that I was very upset on the phone however he was worse than me. He yelled at me, and he said he is wasting his time to talk about this with me. Is this the attitude from the owner who does the hospitality business & deal with the customers?

He even asked me to pay extra delivery cost to come and pick up this from my home and deliver to the right address,
I could not believe what he said.

I asked him that you need to come and collect this from my home, and deliver to the shipping address which was requested at the beginning.

The owner refused this so I asked him to come and collect this, and refund the money. He said he will come and collect this order within few weeks time. I asked him when and how you will notify when you will be coming to my home?

He said he will call me a day before he will be.
He still could not indicate approximate date.
He said I am not wasting my time to come and collect this all the way from Geelong.

As a customer's point of view, I don't care about the logistic at his end.
The fact is - they did not deliver the items which was wrttendown as shipping address.
And he could contact me if the address is not valid to deliver at his end.

I just could not believe this is the shop owner's hospitality mind to serve customers
They still owe my money, I could not deliver this to my mother who is having a hard time to go out of the house under this corona situation, and now i was yelled at by the owner.
It was very sad to see the reality how they deal with customers after they receive money & order.
