Sylvie is such a considerate counsellor that provides a safe haven to talk openly & then gives specific feedback demonstrating that she has heard & understood your issues. Prior to going to Sylvie, I had tried other counsellors unsuccessfully, as felt they were not giving me anything in return. No advise or tools to help me navigate through. I felt that Sylvie's style was to help enable her patients. I thank her very much for getting me through a very difficult time in my life.
