Indigo8 - Retail Inventory Management

This program is terrible, no newsletters or info on what has been updated with the program. Also the staff who are there to help troubleshoot deflect every problem and take no accountability for program issues. I've had customers recieving wrong orders and duplicates but it's "simply not possible"
Whoever built this program has clearly never worked in dispatch and never bothered to see what businesses require in a warehouse stock movement system.
I would recommend staying away from this system and choosing something else on the market

The fashion business I work for has been using Indigo8 for almost 4 years now and we have been so impressed with the program and their team. Support is available but the way handled is poor.
