5 Missed 1 appointment as I could not make it they refused me medical help when I really needed it said I need to go to Wodonga
Do not go here worst service ever! The reception staff are rude as and stuck up
No one answers the phone. I email asking to call me to make an appointment. I get an email back apologising saying the phones have been ringing off the hook and asking if I have been before. I reply no, I'm a new patient. But still no one calls to make an appointment.
Always amazing service, both Helen and Colin are very caring and have helped so many members of our family.
Nobody ever picks up the bloody phone. I'm surprised they haven't gone out of business.
Both Colin and Helen are fantastic to deal with in the hardest times and in general health. Both very understanding, caring and accommodating but also honest. Can't ask for much more!
