Day spa paradise! Such a beautiful environment and a super lovely professional team. A bespoke facial is a must plus everything else!

Professional staff, calming space, clean and well organised. I always book in when in Melbourne.

I bought my wife a voucher for a facial here. My wife had aforementioned facial, and said it was so relaxing and excellent, she said she could have just stayed there, and slept. Presumably whilst I raised our two children to adulthood alone.

Long story short, the place is awesome and chill, even waiting out front is nice. Smells great in there also.

Absolutely disgusting. Discriminatory staff and owner.
I have a medical exemption from MEDICARE which they would not accept. Their social media says they ‘…support the wellness journey of all Victorians’ and they will be ‘…re-opening to fully vaccinated and medically exempt clients’ however this could not be more WRONG. They asked me to show a paper from my doctor (which I am not required to and do not have) stating WHY I am unable to be vaccinated saying that they are ‘following government directives’.
1. This is not a Government directive or requirement. I am only required to show them my Medicare exemption which I did.
2. That is my private medical history and is NO ONES business.

The staff member was telling me this is her bosses rules. I requested to speak to her boss in which she replied ‘she doesn’t want to talk to you’.
A few minutes later a client in the salon then said ‘Why don’t you speak to the boss? ’
I told her I requested to speak to the boss and the boss apparently does not want to talk to me but she seemed to not care about the truth.

Overall, I had a disgusting experience and will be submitting a complaint to the Human Rights Commission and taking this further to ensure no one else gets discriminated against like I was today.

Lovely staff, very helpful. I asked if they could write all the products and routine down so that I could refer to it in the future and they were more than happy to do that for me. Nice atmosphere in the shop as well.

Friendly and professional. Lots of options for treatments, including facials, manicures, waxing and massages. Waxing was great next time I might treat myself to a massage.

Tried this out yesterday as I was looking for a new place for facials. Really professional and caring service. The lady who attended to me was really skillful too.

Had the 1hr Relaxation Massage, was just what the doctor ordered after the Remedial massage I had left me with a migraine for 2 days. Staff are all lovely and friendly to boot.
Whoever gave this place a bad review must have been having a really bad day and chose to vent here. I'll be back.

Lovely salon and great treatments, particularly the facials. I also like that they let you enjoy treatments without pushing products on you at the end - added bonus!

Lovely team, salon, and products (Ecoya, Salus, OPI, CND, Kester Black). Salon is always spotless and love their coffee and bikkies when you are having your treatment. Don't go anywhere else for nails!

I've been visiting Indian Summer for 3 years now and I always leave happy. I've tried other places but I always come back to them because they are amazing at what they do.will recommend 10/10!

All my hair was snapped off at the base rather than being pulled out, and has grown back within days. Considering the prices they charge I would expect much better service. Ivanhoe is a mess these days.

Me, Christine, I have been coming here for a long time now. The service is EXCELLENT the ladies are just LOVELY and after another full body massage, eyebrows, lip and clay detox wrap I have to say I feel wonderful. I have only positive and kind words for the ladies here, they are so friendly and welcoming, the treatments I have are always 5 star no doubt. Highly recommended, thank you thank you thank you.

Very professional and always do a great job but the customer service and care is highly superficial and its hard not to feel that its all about turnover!
