Indian Street Food reviews
27Must visit once over any weekend. You will go once, and you would want to go more and more.
This place is an accident waiting to happen. Patrons are often seen drinking out in the open. Too many cars in a small parking spot. Nobody indicates while turning in or exiting out. It's a mess. I can't imagine what sort of damage a fire would cause.
Woirst Food I ever had. Please avoid this place, very unhygienic place and food smells was off.
Good place to eat in, parking issue, too many options but Try Kashmiri chai, gol gape, AmritsarI fish, saag Makki roti thali, rolls etc.
Had a Fuchka and Mutton Biriyani from Kolkata on wheels- never fails to satisfy the crave for Kolkata food.
Also tried Fruit cream from Sahib eSwad - pretty interesting flavour- wd recommend
Overrated! The waiting time for anything is way too longer than normal restaurants, most of these trucks have their restaurants in different locations and serve same taste but much quicker.
Need more options of authentic Indian cuisine. Also tikki is frozen ready made and not my cup of tea. Need pure Indian varieties
Food trucks and specialplacese for Indian food. One can get a lot of variety of foods there
The only issue is there that parking is not good, so park your car outside somewhere.
Chennai street food- had Mysore dosa and podi idly. Pure authentic south India taste. Rare to find original south india flour in any other CBD restaurants.
Great food and great street side experience. So many options to choose from so if you do go wrong with one another one is available right next to it. To top it all in the end there is this Indian Icecream truck and everything is amazing there.
Food is a little expensive for food trucks but that is how it is these days. Everything is expensive.
The Indian food is really good given the fact Melbourne City restaurants don't have the required Indian taste to the food like chats, kebabs and many more. Although the place is nice, the location is far from the city and the parking facility is not much so you have to park outside on the streets or in the nearby mall parking lot which is not far to walk from. The place has good vegetarian and non-vegetarian options so up to mark for the food.
Hopeless place, super expensive, no minimum standards on infra. People eating in the cars keeping heater on making others inhale the poison from their cars. Will never go there again.
Most of them are expensive, portion to price ratio is ridiculous. It's street food but sit-down restaurant prices!
Good place to have some Indian dishes - dosas, parathas and more. Not to difficult to find as well since it is right across the Werribee Plaza
Amaging place. People came from Sydney will never miss the Harris park. A great place for Indian street food.
Below average indian street food. Had the most horrible Chiken Tandoori wrap. The chicken was tasteless and the wrap looked as if it was from Costco, had to bin the entire thing after taking a bite. Also, the Soya Chaap was very average tasting. Had some Kulfi (Indian Ice Cream) as well. Half the items weren't available and the Kulfi was hard as rock.wasn't fresh. This place is not what Indian food tastes like. Avoid it
Amritsar express is bit confused about taking order.in short customer service needs to be taken care of.
Visited the Chennai truck and had Mysore masala onion dosai. Yummm in taste and finished with nice warm chai.
Food is average but mostly its ambiance and the environment in the whole area is spoiled by open drinking and cars roaming around in a very tight space. Not a family and kids friendly place.
