This restaurant is reliable food is pretty good but overall it's not cheap. It can get very noisy and crowded.

The best Indian food we’ve ever had! It’s always fresh, with a great balance of spices and ready and delivered very quickly!

The food and service here was amazing! Food was delicious, well executed and well balanced.we had seek kebab and lamb cutlet-mouth watering, chicken curry were excellent! The wait staff were incredibly attentive.will definitely be back! Great vibes, thanks.

I’ve had dine-in food from here many times and it’s always been excellent however I ordered takeaway via Uber Eats 2 days ago and the food was not up to its usual standard. The naan and roti was dry and chewy and the curries weren’t as flavoursome as usual. I don’t know if they just preference dine-in customers, if it was an off day or the food just doesn’t travel well but I’d keep it in mind when ordering take-away. I’ll have to dine-in again soon to see if it was just an anomaly.

We tried chicken Biriyani, the taste is just speechless. Never tried such a good biriyani in my life. Even back in native I haven’t tried that good one. Really recommend trying it once. It’s so worth the price, $14 a biriyani. Ambience is awesome, good service. My baby likes aloo paratha (asked them to make special for baby without any salt or spice) they just did it so well that baby ate all. I am always behind consistency and their consistency is so accurate. We tried second time and it was the same taste. You need to order raitha separately. We will try something different next time.

A superb meal, combined with excellent service. Our first visit back here since it re-opened, and we were pleased to see the same high standard still applies.

Very pleasant surprise. Food was tasty, fresh, properly spiced. We had both meat and veg dishes, all very good and piping hot. Prices were good too, we will be going back here again. Restaurant appears to be very clean.

So happy that this little gem has re-opened, best Indian food this side of Melbourne. My husband & I usually order the family pack (takeaway) not only is it worth every cent, we can’t fault it & we get 3 seperate meals out of it.

What can I say about this place that isn't bad.

I found this place on here and due to the good reviews decided to go.coincidentally, it is also rated top on trip advisor too.

The staff are awesome, polite, well presented and not intrusive.

The food.oh my god! They have this industry in their pocket and I can see why its top of the review charts.

Even though this place is a good 45kms from me, i shall be back, back and back again.

There was an incident in the restaurant whilst i was there, a distressed passer by came into the shop asking for help, of which the staff were more than willing to do.but due to the situation, the person didn't realise the staff were doing their best to help.it could have gotten quite out of hand but the lone female staff member handled herself and the agitated person in a very professional manner, I helped out and guided the person from the shop floor to the pavement to help subdue the situation and put everyone at ease.even in a moment of personal fear, the staff are willing to go above and beyond in their 100% attitude towards customer service.

Great food, had the sizzle platter and goat masala curry. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was excellent. Highly recommend!

So happy that IRJ is back and serving us again! We love the food here. Whether we eat in or take away the food always delicious. The new decor in the restaurant looks great!
Try the vegetarian menu, you won't regret it.

Nice food, disappointing service, waited nearly an hour for 2 curries with my kids in a half full restaurant.

Shame on you guys, very poor food and service. You guys put FAKE reviews online. Old indian lady at cash counter is very rude, very poor.

I know where I had that meal, I just clicked on edit review and it posted again. Rather then shrugging off my review work on customer service. I have seen front of my eyes you hate what you are.different attitude to different customers. Very poor, no wonder you're close for good. Taaadaa

Quite simply the best curry in Melbourne (maybe even in Australia - and I've tried a LOT of places). Temporary closure due to a kitchen fire has left me without.can't wait for the reopening! It'll taste even better for the wait.

This is my favourite indian in the area, dine in or takeaway you can't go wrong. Also all mains are gluten free so a bonus. I love paneer and they have several selections that are all excellent. Great service and great food all round.

Lovely food. Special aromatic Indian cuisine which is sure to become your favourite. Caters well for vegetarian and vegan. Attentive service made us feel special and valued.
