Komal is a wonderful and beautiful Woman with a great Customer Care. Love the contact with her on the Phone when i ordered for Pick up and her warmth Welcome when i arrived. Indian Essence is Gem located in Glenroy, I recently moved to the area and was in the mood for some good Indian food, happy to say they did not disappoint, the food was excellent and had just the right amount of heat, also recently I have noticed that serving sizes have become smaller and prices have skyrocketed, but Indian essence, has kept serving sizes large and food quality high for under a $100 dollars me and my partner were able to eat our fill and still have leftovers, definitely can't wait to try dinning in, would highly recommend this restaurant if your in the pascoe vale area as well, also could not finish this review without a big shout out to the very helpful young lady that took my order she was very polite and took time to explain the menu items

I visited on Tuesday with my friends chicken was good but im impressed with receptionist she was so polite and customer service was excellent over all its was good experience i love it

AMAZING SERVICE we were served by a girl named Karan and she presented the best skills and service i’ve ever seen. She was respectful, friendly and welcoming and she didn't ask us to repeat ourselves ONCE when she took our order. We went the night before diwali and there were free mojitos for the diwali special and she kindly asked us if we would like to have a mojito. She also had a sense of humour and looked like she was working very hard to give everyone good service. She entertained us as we spoke to her and she had amazing coordination skills.loved having dinner here, Thank you karan

Karanuie is lovely, has a wonderful smile, listen to feedback (either negative or positive) and I hope the owner appreciates her efforts. I’m very basic, order the same, either mild or medium, but always the same. The food is really nice, I enjoy eating in, because the naan bread is beautiful (rather than take away). The owner is aware of some suggestions to improve service, but the food is lovely. (So is Kananuie) I’m embarrassed if I haven’t spelt her name correctly. She works:

To be honest to say, really very delicious food I had this restaurant and their service also the best price also very reasonable and affordable every meal good portion especially thanks for (Keran) in front desk she is very good service and good manner.

Best food ever, wow Goat dum biryani and Goat curry, it is just beyond. Had chicken 65 biryani as well, just love it.

The food was okay, you found it disappointing that the restaurant charges service fees of $3 for two people and $5 for groups of three or more. You can suggest that potential customers should be aware of these additional charges when dining there.
