Customer service, once normal, is now abysmal when you need to contact them with anything. They don’t answer the phone and are slow to reply to emails or on line form in my experience.
This time (trust me, there’ve been several) it’s been three full business days and they still haven’t replied to my email.
Incorrect goods delivered - indeed any order problems - should have a fast track method to report and quick action taken, especially giving the nature of the products.
We can’t be left hanging several days for a reply, then longer for correct goods to come……
Addition: it’s now a week since delivery, fifth business day without communication…. Figured it would be quicker to do another order!

Easy to order and good delivery times but 1 product not included and have put in a query but have not had a reply yet

Can always depend on Independence Australia to have supplies of wound dressings etc that chemists don't stock and a great range of products for all aspects of disability and medical care.

I placed an order on 12 January. It is now 17 Jan. I live 20 minutes’ walk from the warehouse. I am still waiting for the delivery…. Previously, the orders have come quite promptly. I just wish we could still pick orders up.

Independence Australia provides me with a great range of medical products at typically the best prices around. Their delivery service is good, and quick and costs nothing for orders over $50. Their website can be unwieldy, but as I order mostly the same products each order, I have my regular items saved as favorites.

Wonderful to deal with. Staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you get your order correctly and delivered promptly.

The site can be difficult to navigate because I guess it is made to be used by disabled people who wish to drag pics or parts of the page around when they move their mouse pointer.
Delivery has slowed down considerably. When I make an order it would most likely take a week to arrive, and I"m in the suburbs of Melbourne. Apart from that I'm pleased to be able to order what I need using Independence Aust.

My order was not correctly filled, I have opened a complaint and their support person is completely ignoring my replies and telling me to provide information. Very Unimpressed. Have not had an issue before but this has been a very bad experience
