Indeed Convey

This is my second time utilising Mary and the team. Our first time, no doubt 5 stars but this time not so much.

I called the team once again and they advised they were happy to take on my business, awesome!

So you would think as a returning customer, you'd go above and beyond. Maybe even reduce the service costs as good faith. Nope, top dollar. No worries, fair enough you have a business to run so I'd expect a top service. Pretty lacking if I am completely honest.

I would suggest for future just sending a generic template PDF to your client explaining the contents/alteration suggestions for the contract is a big no no. You should be setting up a F2F meeting/phone consultation along side this and going through each point/alteration in detail to ensure your clients are across everything. Then we as the customer get the guidance we need and any arising questions answered.

Where coming to you remember, if we new the in's and out's of contracts and what to look for and what to ask we would write them ourselves. Guidance through each step is the key here and as a result we missed things.

I as the the customer had to call you and every time I called the office to ask a question, I felt like I was annoying which wasn't a good feeling. Buying a home is stressful enough and especially in todays pricing.

Besides this everything went well and we love our new home.
