The only good thing I can say about this park is that it is entirely enclosed with fencing, has free BBQ with tables, green space for picnics, tables and benches scattered throughout, drinking fountains, paths and entry are wheel chair accessible with help.
Only three toilets. Currently limited shade until trees grow more.
Other than that everything else is like any other park with swings, slides and climbing equipment that some children don't find accessible.
So my question is, what makes this park an Inclusive playground?

Lots of fun activities for children of all ages, and very nicely fenced off to protect the children inside. Disabled toilets and change rooms inside the fence and normal toilets outside of the gates

Great, we love going here. It's MASSIVE, fenced and has things for all age groups. I just wish it had another bbq or 2

Great slides, swings and climbing equipment, plus a fab flying fox (one with seatbelts so the littlies don't miss out). We only made it around half the area is the 45mins we were there. So much to explore. Appropriate for kids from just walking age. Shade cloths over some play areas. Plenty of parking too.

Not enough bbqs available. Had to wait a long time to cook dinner which was a bit difficult with children. Also not enough tables/seating in the bbq area. But love that the space is fenced with enough to keep children amused and safe.

Great park with lots of different activities. Fully fenced in which is great. The water play area could be improved.

Oh yeah, this is a pretty good park. I reviewed it under Victoria park, but in summary, it's got everything.

Great venue plenty for the kids to do and all inside a fence so if by chance you take a 1 second look elsewhere your kids will still be safe inside the park

I walked past this place whilst walking my dog, lots of families there all seemingly enjoying themselves.

Love this playground! It's huge, great for babies up to older kids. Has picnic tables and bbq's, toilet and change facilities, and it's fenced for when your toddler does a runner.
Water play area is brilliant.

Wow, stopped for a short play and stayed for almost 4 hours! An absolutely amazing play space. My kids loved the variety of play options and it is so inclusive for kids of all ages and abilities.

Love love love this place. The accessibility is top notch. I wish we had something like this in the Yarra ranges. Accessible play equipment, they even have a special seat with a harness for the flying fox for those who need the extra support. My son unfortunately was very adamant that he would not give it a go (he has cerebral palsy) but for those who have a bit of dare Devil in them it would be great!

The little vegie garden where you can water the vegies. There are a couple of sand play areas with in the park also.

I also loved there is a changing places disabled toilet facilities! For any parent or carer of a person with a disability, to be able to go out to a public place and have one of these available is a god send. There needs to be many more of these at the larger community playgrounds and major attractions around our country.

Kids loved it but over summer the water area could really use some maintenance, each time we go its not working properly.

Great kids park, toilets, sports grounds and off leash puppy park adjacent to one if the two ponds. There is signage which clarifies this although you need to take your own puppy clean up bags.

World class play area for young children. So many activities for the little ones and for the more adventurous there is a flying fox and pommer-like bar ride.

The best thing that this council has implemented, with some private sector support. They have created an amazing space for all! The sheer numbers that attend this playground are testament to inclusiveness of this area, Well done to all involved.
