In2 wash car care (Essendon)

I came in looking to spruce up my car before as I am looking to sell it right now. One of the workers called Harry help me out and for a great price. He cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle. It looks brand spanking, new, all the scratches on the seats, and even the keyhole are gone as well. The attention to detail was amazing. I’d highly recommend this service to anybody else

Just had my outlander washed from here today. Wasted my $120 when was told initially that they would wax it. Car handed was still with mosquitos and flies on bonnet and looked no wax was applied. Upon asking was told rudely that do you need scrubbing to remove paint of ur car. Please go seek somewhere else if you want to utilise money.

The wash was fine, but we paid a lot more for a cut and polish, and the fine scratches that the guy said would come out, didn't! It's not worth the $220, to be honest.

Worst worst worst worst worst worst service, I just had a service from them, my car is still in same condition & I had to pay for their Diamond package. No customer service, nothig at all.

Full detail is what I paid for and what I got was not worth $250. On top of the fact that it was dripping wet when I got into it, my boot was not cleaned properly. There was still cat hair, when I specifically asked that there not be as I am allergic. They told me there was nothing they could do but upon asking them to re-vaccum it, it was much better than before in no more than 2 minutes. My vents were also not cleaned properly but I did not want to stay longer and deal with the poor attitude I was receiving. I was given no care instructions so the next morning the whole car was still drenched and full of condensation. When called to ask what could be done to speed up the process of drying, staff begrudgingly told us to put it in the sun with the windows down. He then abruptly hung up on us. Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.
I am very disappointed to say the least.

Would give 0 stars if I could, very deceiving practices.
The sign had advertised a $25 wash with door jam cleaning included.
Upon talk to the work he stated that was the old sign and it was an extra $10 to clean the door jams!

This place tried to rip me off. They asked $70 JUST for outside wash. But on their pricelist is $25. Their excuse was “it’s weekend”.

Paid $250 for a full car detail. Car was cleaned reasonably ok, but there was mud left on the base of the back seats, picky but still! After driving the car for a couple of days it started to STINK, then we realised all the floor mats had been washed and were dumped in the boot sopping wet. They never mentioned they had left wet mats in the boot and this has resulted in leaving expensive car mats warped and shrunken, and the boot liner also soaking wet, not to mentioned the pervading scent of wet carpet making it difficult to sit in the car. Spent hours drying the mats with a hair dryer. For $250 not good enough. Had to give 1 star to post this review but we give no stars to this business. Never again

Paid for the top end clean and detail.
Got the car back with carpets n mats dripping wet. When requested for a proper dry, they neither had the equipment nor the time to do it.
Top it up with an attitude of not taking responsibility of their work.
DO NOT waste your money and time here.

Went there to get a car wash done and the customer service person or the person at the counter was terrible. Customer service is zero. Would not got to this place ever again.
Wanted to get the quick wash for aud 55 and he said it’s basic so decided to go with aud 75 with polishing. Had a few questions about what’s included and wanted to know if door jams cleaning is included as he started an argument with me like I wanted him to do everything for aud 75 and Iam asking too many questions.all I wanted to know was if it’s included and if not how much for it but he never listened to me.
Who ever the owner is please get rid of him if you wanna build up sales as I run my own business and never been treated like this.

Damaged the clear plastic on the dash using the wrong product. Got very aggressive towards us when it was brought up. We ask them for the video footage they said they would send it and never did. Never got resolved

Appalling service after receiving message to collect my car I found it positioned on an angle still in the wash bay and the attendant inside my car as the park brake would not release he promptly stayed a few minutes and then went home leaving me stranded there was no power at all to the car i contacted road side assist and the service technician advised that whatever he had sprayed appeared to be sprayed directly into the car and also on the parking discs and that it had shorted out a circuit hence causing car to become inactive after having to pay $250 in addition to the $130 for the clean and 3 hours later to get the car going i have now had to book a diagnostic check in with BMW for $285.00 and the end result a deep clean to remove all residue due to spraying directly onto my car as opposed to onto a cloth this malpractice needs to be addressed immediately if it wasn't for the professionalism of the BMW technician my car would have been towed and it would have been extremely expensive to fault find and i would have been without a car not to mention your technician should have remained on site instead of leaving absolutely appalling all because i was the last car cleaned and it was home time for your staff who clearly flooded my car to get the clean done quicker so they could go home

They do a good job but very $$$. The $99 clean doesn't get your door jams wiped, had to pay extra $30 for interior polish + door jams. Interior polish wasn't applied evenly, there were gaps.

Same experience as people below, got priced over the advertised price and when I questioned it, got told it was for "tyre shine" and not to be smart

Great knowledge about your machine very honest. Great communication keeping you in the loop about parts arrival etc.

Not the friendliest service and it was like they were annoyed either because I troubled them or only ordered a exterior wash.

Good job on the wash though. Price was $45 for large 4wd with bull bar.

Appalling results! Drivers door still dirt on it, dusty drip marks, inside doors not cleaned, half done tire shine but payed $65!

The worst experience I have ever gone through. They have damaged my car and will not take responsibility. They have made the screen of my odometer defective so much that it's hard to see through it. Do not take your car there!

I went to this carwash yesterday and requested a basic outside-inside clean for my SUV. After checking the car, their supervisor returned to me and said he wanted $180. Their wash and polish package is advertised for $78. I asked him why the increase and his response was because your car is too dirty. OK, I asked again, how much is it for only outside clean-wash? His response was $150.
Yes, there is a piece of information on the board, an extra charge for too-dirty cars is $35, but it is still far away from $150.
Ultimately, we washed the car in an automatic car wash for $15 and saved a lot of money. My advice is don't go there; YOU GET RIPPED OFF!
