The girls here are amazing and so accommodating! I would not go anywhere else to get my manicure and pedicure; the service and quality is top notch!

Went there for the first time but never going back. If you value your time and money then don’t go there because clearly they don’t. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Rude and arrogant staff (owner not sure).

Love this place. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. It’s always very clean, and the people there are great. My husband and I go to get pedicures there all the time and the girls are so sweet and fun to talk to.

Never ever coming back. The woman who did my nails was sooooo rude u how disgusting. My shellac didn’t dry properly and off course peeled off next day. Very rushed work and terrible job all over.

The nail techs are so sweet! Best SNS nails i’ve ever had and they take their time to make sure they look perfect. Definitely worth your time and money. I have shaky hands and they were so nice and still managed to give me beautiful nails! Definitely visit this shop. 10/10

Everyone there was so helpful and polite and i would recommend coming here again, the place was spot on and my nail lasted 1 month and a bit without lifting! HOW AMAZING

My previous experience with this place was quite pleasant, however my most recent experience 2 days ago was not so good.
It seemed like they had doubled booked a lot of clients and hence were running behind schedule. Some girls are usually amazing however the lady who did my nails was so rough and seemed totally uninterested. When one of the girls pointed out that some of the nails were bumpy and uneven she refused to accept. I was shocked to know that she is the owner and now understand why some of the reviews pointed out to bad management.

They have done a terrible job with my acrylic nails, they are uneven the gel polish they use have huge bubbles that are noticeable. Aswell as the lady doing my nails had no care for my nails or skin as she cut my cuticles many times to the point where they bled.
I do not recommend going here there is much better around!

My go to for nails! Everyone is super friendly and is very careful around the cuticles when getting manicures done. Woudn't go elsewhere, have also introduced this place to friends and family and they too love it.

Lindy was awesome, so polite and delightful.
Great attention to detail through out the whole process and we were chatting and laughing the whole time.
Will definitely go back again.

I had been going here for about 10 months for SNS which have to be perfect for work being a flight attendant. I changed to go here because they were high quality and so precise. Although the last 3 months were not so good and feel it is a bit hit and miss.

LOVE these girls! Great price, huge colour selection, super clean and always the best SNS nails in Melbourne.

Walked in for sns 2 hours before closing.had over hundreds of colours to choose from.salon look aesthetically pleasing and clean.noticed the table mats were changed.

Extremely rude. Did not say a single word to me the whole time, just yanked at my feet when she needed them. When she was done, she just got up and moved on to another client. Only spoke at the end, when she told me how much I owed her. Very over priced for how little time she took.

First time there and was treated with absolute rudeness by this woman who did SNS. I’d never met any nail salon lady who was so hostile and angry until I met her yesterday. When asked questions about extensions, her answers were abrupt and impatient. When asked how come she didn’t do manicure before applying the SNS powders, she first said too late. When i insisted, she said I didn’t ask for it at the beginning and should have known better that manicure was not part of SNS. Asking around other salons, she said. Nobody includes manicure. Manicure was always included in salons I’ve been to in Asia and recently in far North Queensland. She did it reluctantly with extra charge in the end. I told her I didn’t mind paying extra for it. All she needed to do was to explain. The experience was so unpleasant that I would never go back there. If anyone from In2nail reads this review, I suggest you tell this woman to learn to have basic manners of how to treat her customers.

My daughter got full set of acrylics, the shaped was filed perfectly.staff were friendly.would recommend booking as it gets busy.

I came in to get SNS and walked out with a serious infection on my finger. I was on antibiotics for 2 weeks.
The tools used aren’t cleaned, the untrained lady doing my nails made me bleed 3 times. Not once, not twice but THREE times on different fingers.
While I was sitting getting my nails done, other people were complaining with management due to poor service and no quality.
Will never go back, don’t risk your health.

Amazing place to get SNS done. Service is top notch however this place is always busy so bookings are recommended.
