Terrible experience

The first time, the lady charged me $ 4$ / t-shirt for ironing and folding.
The second time ok same
The third time the son (young man working there), i clearly explain no wash, just dry and fold.

I went there to pick up. First, they lost my stuff and had my ticket on someone else's stuff. Takes time to find my things. Then she has the audacity to wants to charge me 27$ instead of 20$ after disagreeing and paying only the 20$ that my receipt was issued for, i try to explain to her that it was supposed to be only dry and folding hence the 4$ she realised her mistake but still shuuu's me off saying how cheap this is. As if its somehow my fault, they didn't realise what was asked and not even accept responsibility. And not even acknowledging that they had my ticket on someone else's stuff.

Big language barrier

Very bad service and quality of work! I’ve sent my clothes for dry clean a few times here because it’s close to my home. 50% of my clothes were not properly cleaned I had to return for the 2nd go. When I returned the lady said I need to pay $4 more to clean a spot because it needed special care, which they didn’t tell me at the first time. What is the point of sending my clothes for dry clean if it can’t be cleaned properly and need to return and pay additional money to get it cleaned again?

Had a whole lot of clothing attire i needed in great condition and that's what i got. Thank you for your service!

I dry cleaned my wife's work jumper here and got it back today (19.05.2022)

VERY impressed. I have dry cleaned this jumper at at least two other places. In Sydney and in Melbourne and no one could get the smell out of the armpits like this. Well done and great job

I brought an Indian Kurta to be dry cleaned. After the dry cleaning, I received my garment I realised it had been damage:

- Every single toggle on the right side of my Kurta jacket had broken off.
- Every single button on the left side of the Kurta had melted and fused into the garment, damaging the fabric and creating burn marks on other parts of the garment

The shop owner advised that the label said 'dry clean only' which is what they did and it's not their fault the garment reacted in this way and advised I should contact the manufacturer for a refund. He offered to fix the damage but said he would have to charge for the repairs.

So the key takeaway is, if this shop ruins your garments, they wont take accountability for their actions, they wont compensate you and they'll try to extract more money from you to fix the damages they caused.

We were excited by the reviews but disappointed in the quality. I will caveat that both of us had items that had stains. But these stains were removed by another dry cleaner. The price point is good too (3 suit items for $30). I think I will keep looking around for my go to dry cleaner however

I also find the prices reasonable and they offer reliable advice on whether stains can be removed or not. I've never had a bad experience here.

Have happily returned for service always friendly staff & value for money definitely recommend this local business.

Lovely staff, and decent prices, but they were unable to get wine out of a woollen item without shrinking it, and tore another item. I’d recommend them for standard dry cleaning, but not silk or any beloved items, nor those with anything other than standard cleaning requirements.

First time being here and the reviews were great, however both of my pants were returned with another new set of creases.

If you don't mind your pants having 8 creases (2 front and 2 on the back plus both legs) then go for it

WOW! My shirt from Italy was thought to be ruined: covered in Banana Boat spray-on sunscreen (FYI: DON"T buy this product: it stains!). The efficient and friendly guys here made the shirt SPOTLESS! What a wonderful service! Highly recommended!

I picked up three coats that looked like they hadn't even been cleaned or pressed. I went back because mistakes can happen and the owner claimed that they weren't pressed because the wrinkles in the coat were a 'look' and that it was the best he could do. I asked for the coats to be brushed out again because there was still hair and lint on the coat and David said that he would have to charge for it again and quote that it would be "very time consuming".
