Delicious food, arrived as requested and in time! I'll definitely order again from them. I was also surprised with their marketing kit.

I would happily recommend Impressive Catering for any function. The staff are great and go above and beyond to assist and the food is delicious! Very happy with the service.

Fantastic service and great food. We use Impressive Platters all the time for social and work events. Ally and her team always do what they can to ensure the customers needs are met and I have found them so helpful when it comes to portion sizes for catered events.

After placing a order well in advance a month ago and having it confirmed via email & phone also had it fully paid for, received a phone call with less than 24hours notice stating they couldn’t deliver. I had paid extra in order to guarantee delivery at a set time. My order had contained hot finger food & was offered a cheese platter as a replacement to be delivered at lunchtime for an evening event. It gave no time to find a replacement caterer and the staff were rude and unhelpful to provide an adequate solution. Would not waste my time with this company when there are so many others out there who won’t leave you high and dry and be unnecessarily rude when you are the paying customer. If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever received.

Please don’t order from these amateurs

At my work we always use Impressive Platters for catering events and last minute meetings. Their service is always exceptional and can cater for all dietary requirements we throw their way. Special mention to Ally who I have been dealing with for the last few years, lovely person on the phone and email. She is honest and if something can't be done and will advise an alternative. Thank you so much Impressive Platter gang! Highly recommended!

My partner had a function she was hosting. She placed an order from the express menu 45-60 before she needed them. The sandwiches and desserts were off the express menu and set to be delivered inner city. She received a call stating that they could not do the order as there was not enough time, despite the 30 minute advertisement on the website. No reason was provided, nor was their an alternative offered. Very disappointing

Their name says it all, they really are impressive. A friend recommended IPC to me, and I was not disappointed. The food is fresh and fabulous and there's a great selection. Excellent service, on time delivery and the overall experience was 5 star. I will definitely be using IPC again.

Excellent first experience and have ordered again. Presentation and quality is great with incentive programs for those ordering. You can't go wrong:)

Recently used Impressive Platters Corporate Catering for a very last minute order. They were so obliging, and handled a further last minute change of delivery address with no fuss at all. Love the "no minimum" order system too - when ordering for a small company having to purchase set amounts can make catering really tricky. Really pleased we've found Impressive!

Our organisation has been using Impressive Platters for years. The food is fresh, delicious and arrives on time. The team are very friendly and helpful.

Impressive Platters have been a favourite for our corporate catering requirements for some time. I never have to worry about the quality of the food as it is always amazing. Delivery is also never a problem. One problem with some caterers can be their minimum quantities which can make it difficult to cater for smaller meetings. Not so with Impressive Platters. It doesn't matter how small or how large the number, they can cater it.

The more we use Impressive Platters the more we are impressed! A recent huge catering order for in office x 65 people - from ordering through to delivery the process was brilliant and the food was not only professionally presented - the hot food was still piping hot on arrival. Some 2 days later in writing this review the staff in our office still raving about the food. So well done to the whole team @ "Impressive Platters" - from phone ordering, to the chef to the delivery - to say you are impressive is an understatement in our opinion.

Had a job trial here, seemed like overworked Asian staff and I'm a cook but they tried to force me into business door knocking promotion work. The foods probs good but the work environment didnt seem great
