Impressive Digital

We have been with Impressive for a little over 12 months. We are in an industry that was hit hard by COVID. Nick and Jackson our assigned account managers kept us on track during the hardest part of the COVID period and we are now showing strong signs of growth.

We have regular weekly meetings and Jackson updates us on our numbers and takes the time to explain them to us. As we are in 2 different states our calls are done over zoom and he screen shares our results.

It's hard to know who to employ to do your online marketing and SEO's and to give your hard earnt dollars to and have to wait the 3 to 6 months to see the results. Impressive do what they say they are going to do and more. There is alot that goes on in the background that you don't see but the results reflect the dollars spent. We have been with a couple of other companies but if you are looking for growth and sales, Impressive are the team to turn to. Their name says it all, Impressive.

Impressive have been great to work with since we first signed on and we are now seeing great results from all their hard work. Impressive are professional, thorough and their team is proactive in finding the right mix for our digital strategy.

These guys are not only really professional at what they do but they're great at it, and better yet its like they're there 24/7 (super responsive)!

We have been engaged with Impressive for almost a year now for SEO and have consistently been impressed with their level of communication, results and service. Joel, our Account Manager, is always responsive and is consistently looking at new ways we can improve our rankings and organically increase our traffic. Joel regularly provides updates around what the team is doing with our account and after 8-9 months, we are consistently seeing a ROI on our investment. No obligation and 30 min strategy session $0.00 but they wont talk to you unless you agree to spend $2,000 per month as a retainer. Perhaps they need to update their webpage to be more honest.

Didn't meet KPI's, Didn't do any productive work, Failed to report per our agreement. They just charge their monthly invoice and punch out a basic report every month.

I have had terrible experiences with SEO companies but after meeting with Christian and seeing their operation I gave Impressive a go and they have been nothing but Professional and have increased my Users and Sessions by over 100%, my account Manager Joel goes over and above and wants every success for my business. I engaged this company for 14 months, and during that time, they incorrectly had our Bridal Store under the category of Welding services (instead of wedding services) and we were also listed under Bicycle Shop (instead of Bridal Shop)! We were promised the world, and inquiries did not increase at all while with these guys. They didn't know what they were doing with our industry and should have said so from the get go. When mistakes were made and pointed out (which needed fair trading to be involved before they would acknowledge) they would not refund a cent, and instead offered to do a further campaign to try and make it up to us.
I agreed.and then, they ghosted us. The campaigns were never completed.
What an absolute waste of time and money. The literally ran away with our funds, which I find bizarre as you seem to have so many good reviews on here, so why did you so badly drop the ball with us? Everyone makes mistakes, but a good judge of character is how to rectify them, and you couldn't get away from us fast enough.

If you run a small e-commerce business and are ready to take it to the next level, it doesn't get any better than Impressive Digital. I was very impressed when I visited Impressive at Richmond, and loved the warm, genuine welcome I got from them - not salesy, but completely professional. They were very certain they could get great returns with my small online store, and since having them run just my facebook and instagram ads (which I had given a good crack and considered myself 'competent' with), my sales more than doubled - almost tripled in just a month! I've had consecutive record months since, have hired my first employee and now have a clear path to growth. More than anything, the people I've had direct contact with at Impressive Digital have been an absolute joy to work with and I look forward to my fortnightly catchup calls with them.
I was hesitant to pair with a marketing agency for years, they always seemed to promise the world. Impressive have delivered. It doesn't get any better!
