Implant Media

Due to poor planning on my part, I was very short for time on a little project for my team. I contacted Implant Media, told them what I needed and the very tight deadline and they blew me away with how quickly they worked, how responsive their team was, and the quality of the product.
I've used them for projects over the span of a couple of years and will continue to use them for all future works.
Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Incompetent and terrible service. First CD manufacture job I gave them they printed my blue artwork on the disc a green colour. Three years later i gave them another CD job and they burned noises and glitches into my CDs. They didn't check them before sending and inconvenienced / cost my fans money. Then the manager said they wouldn't even check the CDs after redoing them before sending the re-done ones "it takes too long to check cds". They were provided both times with perfectly authored DDPs and artwork. I ended up having to use my home CD burner (more accurate than their machines) to replace my fans CDs using blank CDRs. A total joke

We printed a cookbook for a fund-raiser.
The instant online quote was super easy and the price was quite reasonable. My only issue was, there was no option for inner pages. I had to email the staff to request glossy. The pages turned out thinner than I expected, but other than that, the printing quality and the finished product was quite good. Also, the job was completed within the promised time frame.
Communication wise, Patrick was very responsive and easy to deal with via phone and email. And upon collection, the staff onsite were very friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for the inner pages, we would have given them 5 stars.

I had 100 CDs printed with these guys. I was charged a fee of $179, which I was pleased with, but when it came to finalisation I had to pay another $60 on top of that. $30 was for a gloss on the CDs which they recommended due to the colours of my graphics, which I think is fair enough, but there was another $30 to pay for delivery, which I had originally thought was part of the first payment of $179 (as has been the case with other companies I have used).
The CDs were of good quality and arrived promptly, but due to the additional costs and the somewhat distant communication I probably won't use these guys again.

Travis and the team at Implant Media were extremely responsive, extremely helpful and just wonderful to deal with.

I ordered some customised CD cardboard sleeves with a paper insert printed (as a unique, personalised wedding invite) and I did a lot of research with different vendors to check prices. Implant Media by far had the best price, the easiest online ordering system and were way more responsive than the other vendors. Susy from the Design Team was also very helpful - they kindly put our artwork in the template and accounted for the bleed in the printing for us, and assured me about the colour for when it was printed. When I received the CD sleeves, the print and make was of excellent quality. Delivery was also very timely, so that was very appreciated.
