At first, I was worried about whether I would be able to adjust to it, but thanks to my bright and interesting teachers and friends, I was able to have a fun school life.

I’ve had a great time so far studying at Impact. I really enjoy the classes, they are very dynamic and fun. Great environment to learn English. Also Paula Fernandez has been really helpful with everything at any time. Highly recommended.

Impact is one of the best schools in Melbourne and well worth the tuition. In addition, you can meet many friends from all over the world, and you can enjoy life more in the extra classes planned in detail. I met several teachers here, and among them, Mike is the most memorable. He is very passionate and professional.be honest, Some teachers had boring classes, but he is different I learned a lot from mike's classes and improved my English. Boring teachers with no methodology. They change teachers several times in the middle of a course. They don't have enough places for some courses and the solution is disapprove and sending people to general English… I could write much more but…

I suffered an extremely humiliating situation, where a teacher was very disrespectful and rude to me. I went to talk to the coordinator, but so far I have not received any apology or solution to the issue. I thought that these things did not happen in "the best English school in Melbourne" but I was wrong. Very disappointed with the school, I do not recommend it.

Interesting how Impact ignores the current pandemic and keep putting students, teachers, staff and workers from the same building at risk just to prove their business is a "safe" place. Well done, you are the first and only school with 3 confirmed Covid cases in Melbourne! When are you going to start being responsible with the Victorian community? This is a matter of life or death and your students are vulnerable people in a foreign country without any support from their families.
