They are very good companies, and I like the customer service. Who needs service I recommend impact.

Impact care is a great support service for all, in my time with this support service, Arwaah has shown that he cares about each of his clients and continues to go above and beyond for his caregivers as well as the clients.

Very unimpressed with this organisation and would be wary of using their services. I politely contacted them a month back as one of their cars repeatedly illegally parks in disabled parking without a permit. Signage on a car doesn't make it legal. Their response was to deny this is happening. And yet it is still going on. This tells me that they don't actually respect disabled people and that they do not welcome any feedback about their business. Shame!

For the record, I am not spamming or trolling or making false accusations. I initially sent you a polite email, offering to send photo evidence, but your response was very dismissive. I then replied, again offering evidence. You did not respond, and after some time has passed, I posted my review. I have not received any communication, certainly not 3x, so I can only assume you are making this up.

Since I first posted this review, I have continued to witness your company cars parking illegally in disabled parking without a permit. And today, I noticed that your car, with number plate UMJ 044, which has been parked illegally for more than 24 hours in Ascot Vale, today received a parking fine! Perhaps this will make you reconsider your behaviour, which is disrespectful to disabled people. I posted here because, as a disabled person myself who has been harmed by too many disingenuous disability care organisations, I know that disabled people appreciate knowing about these things, so they can best choose who supports them. I hope you treat your clients better than you have treated me.
