Impact Blinds and Curtains

A fantastic experience when I visited them last week to obtain a solution to the roller blind being stuck. The lady there was kind enough to assist and resolve the issue. A wonderful customer experience

Nice product but poor internal communication (couldn’t manage to get two orders arranged to be installed at the same time initially). I also believe that a pelmet for the lounge room was ordered, the installer spoke to the office and assured me it was being followed up.
Nothing.
Nada.
Zip.
I went in a few weeks later to chase it up, sales man came out a couple of days later and measured up. He then tried to charge $831!
I said no… I have another company now making one (identical fabric) for $425.
Great sales pitch, poor after sales communication.
If I had been contacted promptly, I probably would have just gone with them… it’s not that hard to make a phone call!

Had my curtains and blinds installed 7 years ago, extremely pleasant and professional to deal with, great products and to this day they still look like new

We had our curtains installed 5 years now, I have attached some pictures for customer reviews. The pictures have been in current condition for last 2 years. I have received independent advise from other retailers who have highlighted its the material used in the blockout. Spoken to Impact sent emails nearly 2 months no luck so far.

Would only use them to compare Quotes at the best.

Great sales but after that was not good. They didn’t measure properly so had to come back, fitted curtains incorrectly, put the chains for blinds in with no logic.

The worst part is the shutters. They are fitted into a frame which does two things fantastically- you cannot open the window with the winder and there is absolutely no way to take out and wash/replace the fly screen! Oh and when I came feedback about all this - they totally ignored me.

I’d use them to get a quote for comparison only but would strongly suggest to not use them.

Quality of the curtains is amazing and they are affordable, with a reasonable three week wait.staff were professional, friendly and on time for both the quote and instillation.amazing service overall, super happy with everything.

Very disappointed, I bought the 's-shape sheers' From Impact Blinds in Narre Warren earlier this year. The s-shape disappears half way down the curtain and when l mentioned this to the lovely man who hung them he said they sometimes take a while to drop but that eventually the folds would go to the bottom. Sadly it is more than 3 months and this has not eventuated. When I went to discuss this the female I spoke with told me that the type of fabric I bought sometimes has a 'life of its own' and suggested some ways I might keep the shape the whole way down the curtain. Not the response I wanted nor expected. Each curtain cost close to $400 fitted and they are quite narrow windows. Given that I could have bought ready made curtains which would have been almost the same for less than $50 each, I am extremely disappointed with both the final product and the after sales service.

Useless sales rep. Came to measure didn’t want to give a quote. Has not followed up with a photo as promised. Very disappointed but there are good curtain shops that I can go to.

Cannot rate Impact Blinds and specifically Sonia highly enough! From the point of contact over the phone to going to meet with her in the showroom she was amazing with both her help, product knowledge and advice given. Not to mention a great price and beautiful products, we are so so happy with our choice in blinds.
