My experience was a scandal!
Asked for a quote to repair a ring that the band had snapped. The ring is 18kt I was quoted $2600.00 and was given some rant about workmanship quality and skill.
All I needed was the back of the band redone in the same gold content.
I knew I was being had so I left and went to another store I’ve bought from before.
Without any fantastic story I was given and quote of $350.
In the end it cost $500 in total to do the repair as it needed a bit more gold added to fix the back.
IMP are a scandal!

Thank you all for such a wonderful night celebrating your 41st birthday. The stock in the shop was amazing, there was something for everyone male, female, old and young. I found the prices very reasonable and such a large range to choose from, whether a simple silver bracelet or a stunning diamond ring all pieces are of the highest quality. I also learnt you remodel clients old pieces and do repairs which is an added bonus. May you continue for another 41 years

We had both our wedding and engagement rings done by the team at IMP jewellery and the service was exceptional. They took their time to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted and we never felt rushed. We didn't know at the time, but as it turns out my mother had her ring made by IMP 30 years ago!

I was window shopping in Toorak and a watch caught my eye. I walked into IMP and experienced the most attentive customer service. It is great to know that customer service is still important to some shops. I ended up selecting a Mondaine watch and walked away a happy customer. Even though I only spent $300 for a watch compared to their other jewellery pieces costings thousands more, I received the same level of attention. Kudos to IMP!
