Horrible, unempathetic, rude, entitled staff they have… they are so commercial there is a significant lack of customer care let alone duty of care…. Dont have words to describe horrific experience I had that left me in tears and panick attack…. Disgraceful.

Print on has a location that has not even opened yet and they still booked a test their and when I went their it was a ghost town and when i called to inquire about it the rude girl on the phone repeatedly kept saying she guarantees that i was told where the test was and that I did not understand…. I told her that I was not informed otherwise i would have not taken the app or went to the location where it was instead of listening, empathising and solving she kept insisting that she can guarantee i was told and i am the one who did not understand it properly… i told her that there is no evidence she has of what she keeps insisting and it is making me angry… it was time critical to get the test I had booked and I lost days in the process and had to spend money to get it done urgently elsewhere… customer service was non existent but also humanity was no where to be found in the way she spoke to me… i was alone in a ghosted area and I burst into tears in my car and had a panic attack and had to stay alone in the car until I was okay enough to drive again… extremely furious and disappointed… they will without a doubt win an award for the worst customer service in the whole world… will never go to imaging associates ever again.

This was my 2nd experience having MRI's done at this clinic. It was extremely clean and tidy and the staff were very bright, efficient and professional. Underground parking is easy and it's validated before leaving. Highly recommended.

I recently had an ultrasound at Imaging Associates Radiology in Box Hill on September 12,2023, around 8 am. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, prompting me to share my concerns in this review.

During the procedure, I noticed that the assistant handling my scan lacked competence and performed the ultrasound at a much slower pace than I had previously encountered. Having undergone the same scan twice a year for several years, I felt a significant difference in the duration of the procedure. What troubled me further was the lack of proper supervision from the specialist overseeing the process. The specialist, seated approximately 2 meters away from the monitor, briefly glanced at us and then focused on other tasks without providing the necessary support or close supervision.

Both the assistant and the specialist displayed rudeness through their facial expressions, adding to the overall discomfort and stress I experienced during the entire procedure. Instead of feeling valued as a patient, I felt like a mere mannequin being used for practice purposes. This was not the purpose of my appointment, and I did not consent to having an incompetent person perform my scan without adequate supervision.

My primary concern lies with the reliability of the scan results. If the staff lacks competence and supervision, it raises questions about the accuracy of the results and the potential risks it may pose to the customers' health. As I observed another couple entering the same room, I also became worried about their well-being. It is for these reasons that I feel compelled to speak out on behalf of all of us who have had similar experiences.

Upon leaving, I promptly shared my feedback with the receptionist, who assured me that she would relay my message to the relevant individuals. However, upon reflection, I believe it is crucial to leave this review as well, in order to inform others about the risks associated with booking appointments at this facility.

While it is saddening to have an experience like this, I hope that by sharing my feedback, others will be aware of the possible issues they may encounter. It is crucial for a medical facility to prioritize competence, supervision, and patient care to ensure reliable and accurate results. I trust that this review will help shed light on my experience and potentially encourage the necessary improvements at Imaging Associates Radiology.

Attended this practice place once for my 20th week scan. From making appt to the end of appt everything were great. However, when I was trying to make a booking this arvo~ the receptionist was extremely rude, refused to offer other dates and doesnt seem interested to book me in other than the date provided. (only one date and time) that was being offered. How annoying!

Excellent service. Professional. And bulk bill too! Been here for a few things over the years and have not disappoint.

Called in at 11am on a Saturday and Kylie (main reception) was very kind over the phone and agreed to squeeze me in on an otherwise fully booked day. She was very welcoming and receptive at the reception too.

Waiting area was spacious and well lit. I was served quickly.

They all ask about parking reimbursement as well if you park at their premises underground.

Entrance is from Thames St and the clinic is on L1.

Great radiology practice.
Very minimal wait time on the phone and staff was very nice.
I walked in for an xray and waited about 10-15mins.
They bulk bill the xray whilst another place asked for $170 out of pocket!
The practice and waiting room are also nice.

I had the best experience with radiology guided treatment in this institution. My specialist was able to book me in asap and i was impressed with the cleanliness, simple yet contemporary style of the waiting areas. The equipments/machines are up to date, easy access to my account to obtain images from my scans. Staff are so nice and friendly and parking was free! Special mention to Dr Shankar Ramaswamy (Pain Specialist) is a skillful specialist, empathic and have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him and his team.

Reception is always very good and got me in very quickly, otherwise it would be one star. Sadly my previous experience here with the MRI team was great, but today in for a Ultrasound and it was terrible. The sonographer firstly had no idea of the condition my GP was concerned about, did not listen to and dismissed my symptoms and history. Then a second sonographer was called and without warning came in and pushed the ultrasound so hard into the painful area that I nearly jumped off the table. Then they had an open conversation about an issue they found on one side and not the other, but when I politely asked what this was regarding I was pointedly and rudely told to talk to my GP (I appreciate it’s always best to check with the referrer for a full report but I only asked what they had been discussing). It also felt very rushed, they couldn’t get me out of there quick enough. Left in much more pain than I came in with. Beware of getting an Ultrasound at this place.

Have had over 5 obstetrics ultrasounds referred by Box Hill hospital. Every time I’ve been happy to be referred here. Kind staff and good service, and convenient parking.

Terrible and incompetent!
Admin failed to send the report to the GP and the specialist when they said they did.
The radiologist reported that the gall bladder was fine and measuring normal BUT I had the gall bladder removed 10years ago - simple skill I would’ve thought!

Only gave one star as wouldn’t let me leave zero

I rushed in hoping to get a same day appointment because I ended up with an unexpected gap in my schedule. The receptionist got me booked in right away for the 2 scans I needed. I was in and out in an hour! Absolutely awesome! Have also had a good experience with this outfit in the past. Highly recommend.

Just waste time and useless, called to make an appointment with specialist referral. And I have been told it is bulk bill, one day before just double confirm the booking then been told the bulk bill has to come from GP. Plz train your staff and do not waste the patient time.

Staff were all very professional and friendly. There's also free basement parking (just get your parking ticket validated at reception). A special shout out to Jo who was extremely helpful in organising my referral form to be faxed from my GP.

Staff at ultrasound, x-ray and reception were kind and helpful. Free parking at 6th level down but you must renew ticket at reception.

Reception is nonsense to start with no standard operating procedure, patients should not have to put up with this kind of rubbish staff don't recommend this place anyone. Been here 3 times.

The online booking request system was super easy and I received a call within the hour - plus the receptionist who called was extremely friendly and helpful which isn’t always the case with booking doctors/specialist appointments elsewhere.

I was seen very quickly for my appointment which was great!

I was disappointed with the doctor that did my scan today. She was rude and which made me felt so uncomfortable. I decided not to ask anymore questions and just quickly did my test and left the place. I'm confident the imaging centre is good with the services. Receptionist was friendly. Unfortunately just bad experience with the attending doctor.

The front desk staff was very good, but the staff who did the B-ultrasound examination were not professional. They did the examination according to my previous report

An absolutely clean and very well maintained diagnostic centre. I have been to many of them in the area and around as a health professional myself but I surely have never seen this level of cleanliness and care.
A very welcoming admin team who don’t forget to smile. Because of the place being huge, the signs at every corner were extremely helpful to guide you to the correct destination.
Warm welcome by the Professional who performed the procedure with optimum level hygiene and care.
All questions were answered with a smile and patience, comfort was assured.

Anyone who needs a place to go for any investigations recommended by your professional, I’ll highly recommend you this practice.
