I have no hesitation in recommending Immaginables. Right from the time we ordered our Ultimaker to the post delivery service they have been very supportive and helpful. I have called them so many times to help us understand the new machine and they have always patiently answered every query and they were also very prompt with sending their technicians to assist when we needed them. Great example of customer centricity.

I've had Ultimaker S5s supplied by Imagineables for the last two workplaces I've been at. Imagineables provide top shelf support. They reply quickly to any queries or issues by email or phone support. They organize prompt delivery of spare parts and consumables and have solved any problems to keep my printers running. Kae has on occasion even visited my office to iron out a technical difficulty on the spot. I could not fault the professionalism of this business.

Bought the ultimaker s5 for work many years ago - its well past warranty yet still Imaginables are providing a level of support for my machine that I don't see from other companies. Will happily buy from them again if they have the products I'm looking for.

Imaginables is by far one of the best stores I have been to! After needing some assistance with getting my new Ultimaker 3 working, I went down to get some parts. Not only were they super friendly, but they gave me a small demo on how to fix the issues I was having with my machine. They were very interested in helping me, and even with following up how I went afterwards. As a bonus they have some really cool 3D printed models on display. I highly recommended paying them a visit!

Edit 2023: They have once again been fantastic with helping me solve an issue with my Ultimaker S5. They didn't even charge me for diagnosing the printer and fixing up a few minor things with it.

Kae was fantastic through and through. Helped our company choose the correct printer for our needs, answered all questions and provided great advice. Setup was breeze and training was fantastic with great after support.

I've taken my Ultimaker for maintenance a few times now and the service has been great, in particular the team are quick to respond and a please to deal with. They're also a good source of ultimaker parts and general printer filaments.

The studio of BVN in Sydney has four Ultimaker 2 and two Ultimaker 3D printers. These were all supplied by Imaginables and have given very good service. I would like to compliment Kae Woei Lim for his intimate knowledge of these machines and is always helpful with advice. Spare parts are delivered promptly.

Imaginables are the supplier of Ultimaker machines at UNSW. We have over 60 machines and they are able to provide support and assistance in a timely manner whenever we need it.

Imaginables were fantastic at facilitating the repair of an Ultimaker S5 printer recently. Although the machine was out of warranty, they honoured the repair and made every step easy. The communication was fast, clear and friendly, and they made every effort to follow up on every detail involved in the repair to make sure that I understood everything that was happening. Geography (Melbourne vs. Sydney) was not a limitation in the responsive and prompt provision of services.
