Highly recommended! This store is a treasure.
I felt welcomed and so well looked-after, nothing was too much trouble. It can be nerve-racking trying on underwear, but Talya and Tracey knew exactly when to help out and when to give me time to think.
This is now my go-to place for lingerie!

Went into the store today to purchase some bras. Very impressed with the service I received, staff were very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Finally wearing properly fitted bras. Very happy with my purchases.

I came here about a month ago and I have to say it was the best service I've ever received. The staff were friendly, they listened to the cut of bra I wanted and heard all my concerns and I walked out with three perfect bras (something that's never happened).

I got great value for money, a perfect fit and fantastic customer service. I have since recommended this place to so many people!

I will never buy a bra from anywhere else and now I've sent friends there, neither will they. The most helpful friendly women who work there and they have a great range for all shapes and sizes.

Fabulous! Been going for many years and can't speak highly enough of the service and product. I love I can go in there and be confident of getting gorgeous bras for "the larger size" and and be properly fitted.

I couldn't have been happier with the service I received at this store. The women working here really are experienced bra fitters. They are friendly, patient and somehow seem to know exactly what will work for you. I'm so glad I found this little gem of a lingerie shop in Moonee Ponds.

As a large busted women, I have found it very hard to find bra's and lingerie that fit. For many years I have been struggling to 1. Find my size, and 2. To get fitted properly because most stores dont hold my size. Illusions lingerie are the answer, they specialise in the larger cups and figures, they also have a professional bra fitter to make sure everything fits in.
