Ilim College Dallas Boys Secondary

The schools education is very good alhamdullilah, of course some things should be worked on. Every school would have a flaw and ilims is that the teachers don’t control the behaviour of students, only a few. Something they should fix which would make the school better. But surround your kids with good people and In’sha’Allah they would succeed.

As a student this school fails to deliver its promise of an islamic and safe environment it is a false representation of Islam neither teachers or students are safe at this school. Not to mention this school listed as disadvantaged implies that it isn't worth for its Islamic 'environment' and education therefore a bad choice for the parents who are trying to do good for their children. I can only hope that this school one day reaches up to its promise as a safe and Islamic environment for young Australian muslims with change from the leadership, students themselves and support from parents. "Verily Allah does not change the condition of [The] people until they change their own condition" (Ar-Ra`d 13: 11)

This school is fanatastic ignore all the other people i have just started this school in year 7, all of people in year 8 and 9 and 10 and 11 and 12 are so good especially the principal, the education here is really good.

The school is very good, with the Inter-School sports, teachers and canteen its gives this rating a 5

Most of the teachers are good. Some are a little average and some are amazing. About 90% of the students are racist and spoiled. They think the world revolves around them. Other than that it's a good school which enforces prayer like it should.

My brothers changed alit because of good teachers and company specially teach Amarullah. I like him too

I feel the best decision of my life to choose Ilim College for my children. Its staff is very much concerned about children's personal grooming. The own students like their own kids. The admin staff is also very cooperative. Thanks, Ilim College all staff and teacher

I love this school.the students are veyr suppporting.one student (not naming any names but fisr name statrs with B and last name staers wiht R) could type very fast, so i made my self learn how to type very fast.i can now type 900km/h.teachers r funny too.they can making funny amogus forntite funny dance chungus burger jokes.i like playing the forntie game, papas games, girlsgogames like princess beuty salon, blockorz and Halo 1 and 2 (cortana form halo and windows 10 same name? !? !? !? !? !?) and metorid dread and, that one funny maze game with yucky girl at the end who does the funny sound. Ilim College Boys is by far the best school I’ve attended. I wish I could say the same about the Ilim main campus. The Bad reviews are just coming from kids with disciplinary issues who have been forced to leave as of yet.

It has come to a stage where this has to be said that the the PRINCIPAL of Ilim college Kiewa campus [secondary boys] has to go. Reason being is that he is not present half the time in school grounds he does not expel students who had to be expelled a year ago and those students cause problems at school which they always get away with. He does not come to the masjid to settle the kids down and the poor teachers in the masjid struggle to stop the students from talking. He is never observing the teachers or students in their classroom which most principals do. If this principal does not get kicked out of this school your son will have trouble at the school i advise you not to send your son specifically to the boys campus ilim college Kiewa campus.but then again its up to you.i strongly suggest that if you want to send your son to ilim college don't send him to the boys campus Kiewa campus.
The education department will get involved soon if nothing is done.

If you really want ypur child to have a nice education dont send them to "Ilim College" all they do is keep you back and give you detention for the S**** reason. The people that gave 5 stars are only teachers. If you dont want your kid to be GAY font send them to ilim

Honestly Speaking I have spend 10 years of my life going to “ilim college” I have concluded that this school is honestly atrocious I may seem harsh but it’s reality. I have been at this school enough to say that they have poor education we have a teacher that constantly screams if you ask a question and many more like her. The funny thing is that we have 2 soccer fields and 500 ppl trying playing soccer at once it’s such a confined space that u do t have a time to kick the ball they are completely removing our AFL which consisted half of the schools population over there now we are just crammed like it’s just a joke that our parents spends money on this school to get Dirty Toilets and they claim to be a “Islamic school” they lack in proper teachers that can actually teach like half the teachers don’t understand English there is a selected few teachers which teach amazing but they are a rare treasure. They have no proper facilities half the school is full of portables teachers are forced to park out side due to buildings built in a “Car Park” and lots of racism occur and they turn a blind eye on it like there is a lot of I am ARAB I am TURK I’ll call my boys on you I am connected like we are one we are Muslims one ummah and look what it’s turned to a nationalistic grudge between Turks and arabs. Finally I would love to leave this school but my parents legit only send me why because of there Islamic values which they claim to have but I question that at times. So yeah if you want your son to succeed don’t send them to this school but still it’s your option

This is school is great school, but it has its flaws. The teacher are great but the students are just straight up brats. They are so annoying, there don’t take any regards for there leaning. My message to the school if the students don’t want to be here let them go. The facilities are a mess, the teacher have a staff rooom and choose to come to the library, while I have no problem with it, and the librarian is taking a regard for the students so they can be supervised, the other teachers are annoying. That’s only part 1.

Part 2
The teachers, like I stated before the teachers are great but there are couple who literally should not be in classroom, I’m telling you If they where given permission to beat you to death they would. Some teachers are just plain weird, they’ll deal with misbehaving students but when you ask say a question related to the topic, they’ll something along the lines of: WeREnt YoU PaYIng AtTeNTiON? Like shut bro it’s your job. They’ll favouritise students based on family trees, say your Lebanese they’ll treat you better than the other student.

Part 3: ethnicities
I’m Turk I’m better than you is a phrase you will here to often. There are some students who say racist things, and when you tell them to stop they’ll proceed to tell you there joking

The school has amazing potential, they are lacking in some facilities that the main campus have, namely an indoor Gym and a decent canteen. Many of the teachers are great, they know and are pationet about what they teach there are a few here and there that aren’t the best but not everyone is perfect. Also I’d just like to say while the school has a point system of which the teachers all enforce, they do not have any form of rulebook for students to refer back to, and I have had friends been given points for doing something they had no knowledge of was wrong. P.s (points are bad, they accumulate and once they reach a certain threshold you are given a punishment, where the last and most severe one is being expelled). Also regarding the point system there is no incentive to stay at 0 points at the end of the year there is nothing stopping me from blowing my points up to the first threshold and with that being said the first threshold Is only a lunchtime detention, so I can go further beyond that if it’s my last day, I don’t need to show up for the detention as the only repercussion is more points. I understand that when it gets to a suspension or expulsion then it becomes serious, but the whole system is easily exploitable.

Fantastic School, i have learnt soo much. The masjid is soo loud they cant make the kids stop talking. FANTASTIC SCHOOL BEST TEACHERS

Best School, this is my first year and i am loving it.
The teachers do care for you. I love every teacher that works at this school. This school is small and doesn't have nice building and has a small land to build more. I would love this school more if they just made all the building again and better.

By the way those to people that gave the school five stars are teachers and the school gets you into trouble for no reason. They have been reported the the education department several times.
