I had a quick lunch at the place and was impressed with the food and service. The staff were attentive and friendly, giving full attention to diner's needs and requests. The pizza is the best I've had thus far. I will definitely be back for a meal the next time I'm in the area.

Friendly staff and delicious food! Pasta was very nice, but my favourite was the Mandarin sorbet

Visited tonight for a special musical event. Venue, staff, parking and food were all great and so was the entertainment. Highly recommend these Rochford Concert events.

Love this place for good entertainment, good food and good service. Been here many times and will always come back.

Manager at front of house extremely rude and arrogant. Asked for a table of 4 for lunch after waiting over 5 mins to be served and he said cannot help when we asked why he said we dont have any more food (at 130) despite free tables. Then he said can i be blunt and make a booking next time in an arrogant manner and in front of other patrons. Poor service and not hospitable at all.

How disappointing.

Cant comment on the service as there wasn't any. Cant comment on the atmosphere as for a Friday night there was 10 people in there. Says everything.

The pizza was wet, meat was cold, dough undercooked. Pizza chef looked 18yo.

Pasta (we had the ragu) had zero flavour, search party for salt and pepper? The pasta itself was that overcooked when it touched my tounge it dissovled into a moist, sloppy mess.

The highlight was the kids meatballs! At least that had flavour.

Avoid at all costs considering there are 400 choices that are better within 100m.

Amazing place with great food, probably should do reservations before going, we were there on Sunday and the place was full.

Nice place. We enjoyed live music and tasty pizza. Single size is about a double portion compare to the others. Wine was excellent. Well organised evening. Money well spent.

Food was pretty average, recommend the spicy pizza.
Service was pretty bad, had to ask a couple of times for our drinks in a space of 30mins

End of year party, so maybe not the best guide to their "usual" experience.
Noisy place, lots of hard surfaces (concrete/glass) which made talking/hearing difficult.
The food was average, and slow to be served. Would rather get pizza from our usual take away than here. Some of the "options" for the main never turned up. I will say their chips were pretty good though.
Not very impressed with the entrees, mains and the desert wasn't what it was meant to be either.not sure why they gave us menus, as most of what we had wasn't on it.
Overall " just OK. " Then the roof leaked, so we were getting splashed by water as well.
Might be a good place on a nice day, but probably won't go back.

Beautiful pasta but serving size was too small for a main meal.
I would have rated this restaurant higher but when it came to having a glass of white wine and asking for a traditional wine glass / a stemmed wine glass I was told they no longer served stemmed wine glasses. The waitress went in to say the reason behind this was because customers would go outside and the glasses would break or tip over. Now I find it a bit odd that my champagne was served in a stemmed glass and my friends expresso martini was served in a stem glass.
Do the restaurant a favour and buy half a dozen stemmed wine glasses for those customers that don’t want to feel they are drinking a soft drink from a soft drink glass

Really good food. Amazing service and welcoming when we came with our dog where we were seated on the deck. Had some entree, pizza and pasta and they were all delicious, especially the pizza. Sat outside next to the lake and enjoyed the views, lovely day. Thanks

Unbelievable terrible experience. We went in group and been advised have to take set menu without seletion choice although they offer options to other customer. The manager looks like not willing to take us. We wait one hour for mysterious food after all other tables nearly finished their food and other tables are all came after us. Very 'impressive' experience.

My wife and I shared the 3course dinner, everything was fantastic, 4 delicious entrees, for mains we shared the carbonara pizza and the ravioli which were both amazing we ordered some French fries as well, we were expecting the Nutella calzone to be so huge, absolutely food and service and a few very nice glasses of red wine.

The restaurant has a beautiful interior and exterior. Amazing friendly staff. Decent menu that serves nice pizzas and spaghetti. Location is great inside a green field with a view on a water bond.

Nice little place next to a small lake. Great wood fire pizza. Abit hard to find as the main entrance is shared. Otherwise ample parking and space for helicopters. Huge ceiling fan. Worth a visit.

I can only comment on the dish I had - a Tagliatelle Ragu. The pasta was ordinary and the sauce watery and bland. Two stars for the good service, nothing for the food.

What a terrible experience.pizza was decent but pastas were overcooked under seasoned and tasteless. Service was terrible staff forgot our drinks dirty glasses and plates left to accumulate on our tables, we had to ask for water 3 times main waitress was too busy to talk to us and manager didn’t care. Save yourself the drive worst food experience that we have had for a very long time. We won’t be back.

Visited the restaurant without a booking and was welcomed with open arms. Seated by the window with a view of the pond. The food was amazing, the service was exemplary and the ambience was awesome. Thank you very much and will definitely go again.
