Poor excuse for a pizza shop used to be amazing I would go to this pizza shop all the time and I was in love with there food but now it's absolutely disgusting they are always late they always stuff something up like missing items or the wrong items no matter what you can expect something wrong with your order I really do not recommend this restaurant

Worst customer service and and the team member (not sure About his name) while he is taking order he is on call continuously rather than asking customers requirements, I was there in the shop for 10 -15 mins nearly he is on call and after waiting 25 mins he said to me, he needs to cook again because the pizza is not done properly.
Around 20 -25 mins wait and hearing this kind of responses really bad.

This is to manager please ask your team to treat customers well not on call while with customers

Pizzas were loaded with toppings. Fresh dough. Great customer service (they upsized AND delivered an extra pizza because of their mistake)

Love them for their food and service. They are open till late and can also deliver if you're not too far. The cheesy sticks are the best. Their staff is very sweet and professional. Have been a customer here for about 3years now. Thank you for your service and tasty food.

Gave my UberEATS order to the wrong driver, so my driver was there and he called me, the restaurant refused to remake the order so that I could actually received it, instead cancelling the order. Terrible customer service.

Just stop giving whatever you want! If you guys are sort out of a food item let the customer know, make it the first step. This is the third time, so had to rate as enough is enough

I’m done with this place I ordered midnight munchies at 1.30. They said it would be here at 2.30. They live ten minutes away from me and this part of towns dead at night. It’s now 2.50 and their store closed at 2.00 and I can’t contact anyone now I’m thinking my orders just buggered off even though it’s been paid for.

Third time they have just delivered whatever they feel like.

Today Paid 9.50 for doughnut sticks, get a tiny square of chocolate cake lol.

The drinks are wrong every time, pretty much whatever they want and never what you want.

Pizza quality isnt even a fraction of what it was a few years ago. They finally lost me for good today.

Used to be a great restaurant for midnight pizzas. They really lack the quality now. Ordered a pizza and pasta after a while recently and it was well below average. Lacked flavor and the ingredients were not fresh as they once used to be.

Best food and the staff do a great job we travel from Geelong to Burwood for lunch we couldn't go last year because of the covid virus.

If you like your 'gourmet' pizza with slabs of refrigerated raw tomato, wet uncooked dough without toppings advertised and missing ones I paid extra for then this place will make you happy. 100% inedible. Took photos got full refund from uber.

I’ve given this a fair go. Three times now I’ve been told half hour for delivery and each time it has been in excess of 1 hour 45 mins (longest time took 2.5 hours). If you call at any overdue stage they say the driver is leaving in 5 minutes. Flat out lies and pizzas aren’t that special anyway.

Worst experience from a restaurant. Vegetables was rotten in the Caesar salad which we order for pickup. Also there was a plastic piece and worst taste with sand presence.

I ordered the super seafood pizza on GF base. My pizza had hardly any topping on it and it didn’t have anchovies. So in other words, it wasn’t super at all. I could’ve just bought the usual seafood pizza. I paid $23 for a very disappointing dinner. My husband enjoyed his pizza as always. Also, I ordered a serve of chicken wings. It doesn’t state on the menu that it’s crumbed. I would not have bought it otherwise.

The management has recently changed over the past few months. I see a lot of improvements in the way food is being prepared and customer service being the core focus. Good news for all the halal pizza lovers, they now have options for them as well. However, please always check with them before placing an order.

I was surprised at how fast it got delivered, which cleared out my doubt from reading negative reviews. Ordered from door dash, 2 LRG pizza (Aussie and pepperoni) + garlic bread and 1.25 L in lemon lime (but got 1.1L lemonade, not a big deal). For value, you are definitely getting the worth and I'll leave the taste for you to decide. It's definitely worth trying
