I m a regular shopper at tht store, had a really bad experience when returned stuff and serve by a guy called Stephen, he showed impatient attitude to me and he even sounds like i was wasting his time… i had never had any bad experience at Ikea he was really a black sheet at tht store.wish to feedback to Ikea but seems like they don’t receive feedbacks or complaints in Aus but EU only. Very disappointed with this guy… much customer service training needed…

They were out of the plant balls and the soft drink dispenser wasn't working so I couldn't fulfil my craving for Lingonberry. Furniture's okay, but the whole "build it yourself" thing is just a trick to get you entirely attached so you think it's better than it is. Homewares are really good though, I will always simp for their kitchen appliances, bed linen, and wide range of well priced picture frames

Really bad click & collect service.

You have to refresh every hour to check if it’s available.

Love my time spent shopping at ikea, great homewares, cushions, storage solutions. Fabulous indoor plants. Highly recommend.

I had terrible experience about IKEA Solar. Don't use them, IKEA outsources the solar service to Solargain, which is a terrible company. They don't reply email, unprofessional office staff. A dozen of staffs, only two of them didn't make mistakes. They are ruining IKEA's reputation.

Good service. I ordered 3 times. Of course click and collect. I got a water bottle the first time, plastic bag the next time, but nothing third time despite paying $5 for click and collect. Not sure how does their policy work

The car park is good and easy to access, alot of spaces.
The store feel like a maxe and very annoying trying to find something
Customer service is alright

The food selection is very good and i enjoy the hotdogs

Quality
- i brough a pretty expensive office chair and there already dipping in foam after just a week. The quality seem kinda hit or miss since some stuff previous were very good but i guess they have poor quality control.

Yesterday my pregnant partner called Ikea about a set of draws and was told she couldn't do click and collect, but there were 10 left in stock so if she came in tomorrow there'd be some available. She drove from Ocean Grove to Springvale today arriving around lunchtime only to be told there was no stock and she'd need to return tomorrow. When she asked if all 10 had been sold, they couldn't answer the question. She asked if they could ship her the draws free of charge for the misinformation and they said she'd still have to pay $100 for postage. I thought this was extremely poor service, so i called customer service and while the guy i spoke with was empathetic and did sound like he wanted to help, ultimately i was told that it was just an error the co-worker made and that there was nothing further they could do. I felt like that was really poor form! For a company the size of Ikea, us as an unhappy customer would have little to no impact. But for my pregnant partner that drover a 4 hour round trip today and had an absolute meltdown when the draws she was told would be there, wernt. The impact was much greater.

Different stores are better or worse organised, as may be expected, but they all share a maze of different departments which all have to be traversed before you can reach the checkout.
You can bypass this in the case of larger items, if you can locate them in the 'warehouse' area (entrance to the side of the checkouts). First though, you must identify the location (aisle and shelf number) of the precise item you want in a store which stocks it, which takes a bit of practice using the website.
The entrance and exit may not lead to the same area of the car park, so when parking do be careful to note exactly where you parked!
Finally, I would mention that the staff are almost without exception patient and helpful, so it is worth talking to them whenever you are in doubt.

Poor Ikea online shopping experience during the Greater Melbourne lockdown experiod. When I searched an outdoor furniture item at Ikea webside which indicatds In stock in Springvale store, I made a order and was surprisedly advised that the delivery date will be more than 4 weeks away (from Tasmania or so). I called Ikea's Victoria hotline and was told that the delivery cannot improve and cannot be changed to Collect order as the Springvale store is in full capacity. I made another online purchasing for battery and was told that I have to pick up from Richmond store which is more than the 15 km travel limitation (without the option to pick up from Springvale store). For an international famous brand, Ikea's online shopping expereince is surely not matching up, please improve.

Could serve better, there were heaps of displayed items but no stock.what i wanted, they nearly had 16 on display, you couldn't get one of them until December such a shame.

Have been trying to order a desk via website for 5 weeks. The click and collect is never available even though it's in stock at Springvale. Called and a man from IKEA said to keep trying or call back at the end of the week and he will put the order through. Called Thursday and was told they'd be open tomorrow. Confirmed they definitely would be to go in in person. Drove up today and they are closed and no area for click and collect, no people around anywhere. Called and told there's nothing they will do, no free delivery, won't put the order through, no help or apologies for wasting my time. Obviously only want $59 delivery fee and lie about there being a click and collect option. 0 stars

We did a click and collect, Ikea is charging extra $5 for click and collect. Don't know why.

Never before.

Customer service is not good. Staff doesn't know enough about the product and they can hardly speak English.

They've got almost every piece of furniture you could think of, but the quality control needs a little work. It's not too uncommon to end up with a few missing screws from your order which is more than a little frustrating.

Poor customer service!

I purchased a couch online and wanted delivery for a set day and organised this online.
I hadn't received an update so I rang the customer service centre who said and I quote
"Geez it's only 10am in the morning. You will have to have more patience"
Then promptly hung up. Incredible!

IKEA, if you respect your customers you should train your employees because they reflect the true culture of your business.

I picked up a Clicj and Collect for storage at the Springvale Store.
I could not find the cluck and collect sure at first but that was because I cane from Princes Hwy not West all Rd.
It would have helped to have signage for cluck and collect at Princes Hwy ro tell you to exit and enter via Westall Rd. Once I did that there were tons of signs for each of the businesses on site.
Once I navigated through the carpark I was met by a lady that explained that I had to go up stairs to a desk and scan in and scan my docket.
The team members I met were all fantastic even though they were extremely busy. Well done Team.
It took about 3 minutes for my boxes to be wheeled to me. As soon as I had one box left on the trolley one of the carpark team members came over and took the trolley back for me.
I think the whole process was very professionally organised as it all was quick and hassle free.
Well done Ikea.

Callum is a very helpful, knowledgeable and kind salesperson. (This happened before Lockdown 5). He helped me and my partner to find a reasonably priced mattress that would help with back and sleeping problems. IKEA, give this man a promotion. He absolutely deserves it.

No covid restrictions at all. Jam packed with people, at least everyone, except 3 losers, we're wearing masks.
